Agent W is a whale. Like Perry the Platypus, he is an agent for the O.W.C.A.. He is first seen when Major Monogram is briefing Perry for his mission in a sauna. ("She's the Mayor") He also "ate" Dr. Doofenshmirtz when he escaped from an island in a boat. ("Phineas and Ferb Hawaiian Vacation")

He made another appearance in "Rollercoaster: The Musical!".
