April Winchell is an American actress who has performed numerous voice acting roles, including three on Phineas and Ferb. She has been a radio talk show host, and formed her own radio advertising production company called Radio Savant Productions. She is the daughter of late voice-actor and ventriloquist Paul Winchell, best known as the original voice of Tigger.
