Cheryl is a real estate agent hired by Doofenshmirtz to promote his new lair.
Biography[]
To showcase his new hideout to Perry, Doofenshmirtz calls Cheryl, his agent, to sing his new jingle. She arrives from a lower floor via a type of elevator, and tours around the place while performing accompanied by a band. Singing, she describes several of the location's features, among which are included a kitchen, a closet, a rocket, a great view of the outside, fancy carpets, advanced wiring, a living room, and a laboratory ("Live and Let Drive").
Physical appearance[]
Cheryl is dark-skinned and has black hair and brown eyes. She wears a white shirt, a lime green jacket, dark grey pants, green high heels with lime green details, a golden necklace, and golden circular earrings.
Personality[]
She is elegant and stylish. Going through Doofenshmirtz's lair, she is shown to have chic mannerisms, gracefully interacting with the rooms and people she passes.

She seems to have a good relation with her client, agreeing to sing a tune he commissioned, even if his nemesis is the only audience.

She appears to have found Perry to be cute, flipping his bill to express it.

- Cheryl is based on Shirley Bassey, a singer known for performing the James Bond theme "Goldfinger".
- Cheryl is voiced by Jill Whelan, co-host of The Brian and Jill Show with her husband Brian Phelps. Whelan's guest appearance was revealed by Jeff "Swampy" Marsh on Twitter on December 12, 2012,[1] and previewed in Brian and Jill on February 17, 2013.[2]
