Dee Bradley Baker (born August 31, 1962) is an American voice actor who performs the voice of Perry the Platypus, Doofenshmirtz's Father and many other animals, like Pinky, on Phineas and Ferb. Since graduating from Colorado College, he has worked in many, many television shows and video games including Klaus the Goldfish from American Dad, Appa and Momo from Avatar: The Last Airbender, Olmec from Legends of the Hidden Temple, Numbuh 4 of Codename Kids Next Door, Captain Rex and the other Clone Troopers from Star Wars:The Clone Wars, and the aliens from the Ben 10 franchise. He is also the voice of Squidward Tentacles arch-rival, Squilliam Fancyson, in SpongeBob SquarePants. On the Disney Channel's current line-up he also performs "Pizza Guy" from Higglytown Heroes and "Buster" on My Friends Tigger & Pooh as well as the voice of Dopey on The 7D. He was also an announcer in the 1997-98 and 2000-2002 editions of "Shop Til You Drop". His role on Phineas and Ferb, the animals, are the only one on the show not to be dubbed when it's airing in a non-English-speaking country. However, his growling noise is completely different in some countries.

Life

Baker was born in Bloomington, Indiana but grew up in Greeley, Colorado. Baker started performing at the age of nine and had steadily worked in musicals, operas, plays, and stand up until college.

He is a graduate of Colorado College, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. There, he majored in philosophy with practically a minor in German. Baker started working as a stage actor, stand-up comedian, and singer after college, which led him to Los Angeles.
