The Lake Nose Monster
- The shoulder patch on Captain Webber's uniform changes sides during the episode. The last time he is shown on screen, both sleeves have the patch.
- When Dr. Doofenshmirtz's chart about zinc's uses is shown, the uses are numbered, but when the viewer gets a closer look, they're not.
- At the beginning, Candace's seat belt was incorrectly on.
- After Phineas and Ferb help Nosey, Dr. Doofenshmirtz goes by. He already got the zinc from that area.
- When Candace asked if the boys found any proof that Nosey exists, Phineas's eyebrows are missing. They come back when he winks at Candace. In fact, Phineas has no eyebrows for most of the series.
- During the "Mission Song":
- When the lyrics get to the first "A brand-new mission", the fox's head and arms disappear.
- The hippo suddenly disappears at the end of the song.
- The whistle strings around Jeremy's neck changes black and silver every frame.
- Somewhere in the song "My Wettest Friend", Ferb's hair is orange.
- If the pool at the bottom of Phineas and Ferb's lab was connected to the lake, it would quickly fill up. If it wasn't, Nosey wouldn't be able to get in.
Interview With a Platypus
- Doofenshmirtz invents the BO-AT, but he already knows what a boat is when he is loaded onto one in "Toy to the World". He also includes boats in several flashbacks. (”Perry Lays An Egg”, ”This Is Your Backstory”, ”That Sinking Feeling”) It's possible this episode happened before the events of ”Toy to the World”, but the flashbacks are set several years earlier.
- We can also note that Doofenshmirtz refers to the boats in the flashbacks as ”ships” and ”vehicles”. Maybe he just thought he made up the word ”boat”, given that English is his second language.
- When Doofenshmirtz was driving his BO-AT, somewhere in when he says "Look at me! I'm driving on water! I'm BO-ATing", the BO-AT's steering wheel disappears for a split second and does not spin.
- Suzy's poodle appears to pee on Candace's left shoe, but she removed her right shoe to clean it and is missing her right shoe for the rest of the episode. However, it's possible that she(the poodle) peed further than usual.
- However, when the screen zooms out when Perry chatters into the Platypus Translator, Candace is wearing both shoes.
- Throughout her offensive speech on the animals, Candace's hair is seen wet for the entire time. After the dog shouts "Get her!", her hair is still wet, but this time she is also seen with some water spills around her hair.
- After the animals get on Doofenshmirtz BO-AT the gorilla is seen driving, but after Perry opens the MOAT Doofenshmirtz is driving again.
- In some parts of the song of this episode, Candace's hair is damaged (because the animal attacked), but there are scenes in which she is well-groomed and the next second, it is again as before.
- In one scene, when Candace is angry with the animals and the animals surrounds her, there is a dog on her left side, and the animals start to get angry, then in a different frame, he is then next to the machine shouting 'Get her', then he reappears in his previous spot.
- If you look closely as Candace repeatedly pauses and resumes the game, she is actually pressing the "down" button.
- In this episode, Candace does not know anything about playing video games, and yet in "Tree to Get Ready", she is shown playing a video game with Stacy.
- At the beginning of the episode, as Phineas wonders what to do, his eyebrows repeatedly disappear and reappear. They disappear for the rest of the episode.
Tip of the Day
- The first time the Fireside Girls are seen:
- Ginger, Holly, Gretchen, and Adyson have different shoes than usual.
- Only Gretchen is wearing her correct blouse.
- Holly and Gretchen's eyelashes are missing.
- Adyson's sash is missing.
- Gretchen's eyes are a combination of her usual blue dot and those with white.
- When Phineas walks past the Fireside Girls explaining his aglet mission, Holly's skirt is transparent, and Milly is missing.
- When Candace is arguing with the crowd, they have shoelaces on their fingers. After they were hit by the lightning, the shoelaces instantly disappeared.
- When Major Monogram briefs Perry about his mission, Perry's feet are colored darker.
- Stacy is seen with an aglet on her finger, but she didn't have it while talking to Candace beforehand. Also, Jeremy and Linda do not wear the shoelace before they show their aglets to Candace.
- When Lawrence is doing the wordsearch, he says one clue: "Where's blank?" However, the newspaper's theme is the tip of the day (though not all clues in a themed crossword follow that theme).
- The word "aglet" was erased from all minds and computers, meaning the word can not be found on the internet.
- When the Fireside Girls sing "Don't forget it", Ginger's right eye repeatedly switches from two to three eyelashes.
- In the beginning of the chorus of A-G-L-E-T, the big screen above Phineas spells "Taglet". (However, this could just mean the screen had been running for a while.)
- When the lightning comes out of Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc., the logo outside the building is split and the supporting pillar is gone.
- Buford is seen wearing his "I ♥ AGLETS" T-shirt for most of the episode. However, when the gang are inside the Googolplex Mall, Buford is seen wearing his usual skull shirt.
- The sign and the audience were zapped by the Read My Mind-inator, but Phineas, Ferb, Candace, Isabella, Buford and Baljeet are not shown being affected by it, although Candace is not affected. (possibly because she couldn't remember the word "aglet")
- When Candace is putting the computer in a weird way in the beginning, she has four eyebrows.
- When Phineas and Ferb come into the living room when Candace is on the computer, part of the kitchen lamp wire disappears.
- Normally, the house's chimney is on the left (when viewed from Isabella's house). In this episode it's on the right.
- If you look closely at Major Monogram and Carl's screen showing Phineas in the concert, Phineas' orange stripe on his shirt is thicker than usual.
- When Perry falls into Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc., there is no sign of the building's logo.
- In the song A-G-L-E-T, Phineas has a microphone stripped on his face. But when they say "A-G-L-E-T" for the first time, Phineas has a microphone that is on the floor of the stage, and his mouth does not move.
- Lawrence's crossword should not have a 2-Across; because of the design of the puzzle, it should go from 1-Across to 8-Across.
- Up close, Ferb's shoe has visible laces, but zoomed out, it does not.
- In the song, when Candace begins her solo, both of her legs are in an impossible position.
- Buford, Baljeet, and Isabella are all missing after the Delete From My Mind-inator was activated, and the band set is also missing.
- Doofenshmirtz mentioned that the whole Tri-State Area would forget everything, but at the end, when he breaks the memory eraser, he says the whole world forgot about the video of him.
- Also, Doofenshmirtz should've been aware if his plan failed because he still remembers his own video (unless he set it to not affect himself on purpose).
- None of the crowd wears aglets on their fingers during the song in the end credits scene.
Attack of the 50 Foot Sister
- It is bizarre that Doofenshmirtz had a banjo, because he said he hated musical instruments that start with the letter "B" ("Mom's Birthday"). That said, Doofenshmirtz did have golf clubs even though he said he didn't play golf ("One Good Scare Ought to Do It!").
- Technically, when Dr. Doofenshmirtz puts the growth elixir into the Smellinator, the universe should've grown slightly and then after an unknown period of time grow 10 times its original mass. Instead it grows entirely at once. Being used in a machine may have accelerated the process, though.
- Linda's neck gets transparent the second time she appears when she is talking on the phone with Candace. It is also oddly positioned.
- When Candace put on the growth elixir she wouldn't have grown at the same time as the watermelon.
- When Candace says "...you show people oddballs so people will feel better about themselves...", her left hand is smaller than her right one (viewer's left).
- When Candace runs out of the house of mirrors, her tongue gets enlarged then her head but it shouldn't because when Candace turned into Bobblehead Candace, her tongue was normal. It could also be that her tongue was in the full phase before the rest of her body.
- When the Flawless Girl uses her mascara in close up, her eye is a different shape and is smaller than usual.
- Near the end of the episode when Doofenshmirtz is wondering why the Smell-inator didn't have any effect, he is standing near the beaker of the liquid dirty diaper smell. Agent P kicks him over and past the cart that the beaker was sitting on and he lands next to the cart again.
- When Stacy and Candace are in front of the mirror, Stacy's and Candace's heads are littler than the reality, but the mirror isn't made for that, because of his shape.
- One of the lines in the Flawless Girl song is "She's at the forefront of every trend" but when Blanca shows Candace the lyric sheet for the same song, the line gets listed as "At the forefront of every trend".
- The notes in the lyric sheet for the Flawless Girl song are different from the notes heard during the real song.
Backyard Aquarium
- When Perry enters his lair, his tail is raised, however, immediately after when we cut to his legs, showing that there's newspapers on the floor, his tail is drooping, and it stays that way for the rest of the scene.
- When Candace sees Jeremy in the crowd one woman is seen twice. Later when Jeremy says "did you read my messages?" both women are seen with errors.
- The first one who sat in a different row than Jeremy top left is seen without glasses.
- The second one in Jeremy's row has a different hair colour and jumper colour.
- Bridgette Oshinomi appears in the audience to the marine show, even though she was at the book signing.
- While Candace is being spun around in the air by the sea animals, she sends the picture she took on her phone to her mom. However, her phone is backwards with the buttons facing away from her thumb.
- When the Hot-Dog-Vendor-Revenge-Inator freezes the Aquarium and Candace accidentally moves it, only the water in the pool and the bleachers leave the backyard, but the panes of glass that surround the pool stay there. When Linda returns home, the panes of glass are no longer there.
- When Perry pulls the bratwurst from the pile, the pile falls on Doofenshmirtz. But Perry and Doofenshmirtz were on opposite sides, and Perry pulled it from his side, so the pile should have fallen on Perry.
- Candace's phone has gone underwater during her 'tricks' which means it might not be able to work. But later ("Meatloaf Surprise"), it is revealed that her phone wasn't waterproof. However, as seen in "Candace Disconnected", she lost and broke many other phones.
- When Linda was talking to the author, it is never explained how the author knew that Candace had sent a picture rather than a text or call.
- When Phineas says "Ladies and gentlemen, our sister, Candace!" his mouth moves as if he were saying something else.
- When Candace pushes Linda into the backyard, Jeremy's eyebrows briefly disappear.
- When the aquarium slides away, it slides in the direction where Linda's car is coming, so obviously she would of seen it.
- When Jeremy greets Linda, he addresses her as "Mrs. Flynn" when it should actually be "Mrs. Flynn-Fletcher".
- When the camera first shows Phineas and Ferb in the tree, Phineas is on the right and Ferb is on the left. When the camera zooms in on them, they switch places.
- When Candace is stuck in the phone, one of her legs and part of her shoe is not outlined.
Day of the Living Gelatin
- The font of the words in Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated is different when the gelatin monster is seen climbing up the building.
- When the first pool scene is zoomed out, only Phineas, Ferb, Perry, Isabella, and the Fireside Girls are seen. In the next shot, Baljeet comes out of nowhere.
- Doofenshmirtz hits the chair Perry is sitting on, and even his own home several times, but, apparently, none of these seem to have turned "evil".
- When Candace opens the cabinet door, the toast that was placed under the cabinet where Perry is hiding inside is missing. After the scene zoomed out, the toast reappeared.
- The stove table where Jenny and Stacy were putting their gelatin is missing after Candace calls out Phineas and Ferb.
- At the beginning, the Garcia-Shapiro house seems to have its parking spot on the left side of the house. When Stacy and Jenny are going to the house, the parking spot is on the opposite side.
- When Perry mistakenly enters Pinky's lair, there is no visible tunnel beneath the flower vase he turns over to make his entrance.
- When Phineas, Ferb, Isabella, Baljeet, and the rest of the Fireside Girls bounce for the first time, Isabella isn't seen in the aerial view.
- Baljeet is missing when they are viewed from across the street.
- In the part where they make the gelatin/jumping on it Stacy disappears and reappears a number of times.
- When the kids are taking a look on Baljeet pointing out his "evil" flavor, Isabella, Holly, and Katie are missing in the group shot.
- When Holly asks Phineas how to defeat the gelatin monster, she is seen next to Adyson, and Milly is seen on the far right. After Phineas answers her, Milly replaces Holly and goes to her front, and Holly goes to behind.
- There are a number of errors during "Come On, Kids!" :
- At the very beginning of the song, Ferb takes a hose and begins to use it against the monster while the others run to Isabella's shed to get water guns. When they are all in the shed, he is in there with them.
- When the group runs to the tool shed, only Phineas, Isabella, and Milly are seen running, but in the next shot, Phineas, Isabella, and Milly are joined by Gretchen, Adyson, Holly, Ginger, Stacy, and Jenny. Also, there is no sign of Katie or Ferb in that shot.
- When they are inside the shed, only Phineas, Ferb, Ginger, and Stacy are lined up for Gretchen and Isabella to hand them squirting guns. There is no sign of Katie, Jenny, Holly, Milly, or Adyson, all of whom use squirting guns throughout the song.
- When everyone is squirting the gelatin monster, the water shooting out of Stacy's and Ginger's pistols is not lined up with the water blaster itself.
- When Candace's gelatin made to look like Jeremy's head first appears, it is made of pink gelatin. When the gelatin monster notices it and eats it, it is purple.
- At one point in the song, the kids use a rope to slice the gelatin monster in half, but this is impossible since in order to do so, the rope would have had to pass through Candace as well.
- The kids change place once. In one scene, Ginger, Milly, Isabella, and Gretchen are squirting the monster. However, when the gelatin is shot, Gretchen goes to the middle and in front of Isabella, Milly goes to the very back of the line, and Ginger is replaced by Adyson, and also goes to the middle.
- When Adyson and Gretchen are trapped inside the gelatin, Gretchen's patches disappear and her squirting gun changes color.
- The gelatin monster would not have been able to shoot gelatin without changing size drastically.
- The squirting guns change colors intermittently.
- When Ferb runs away from the kitchen, the gelatin turns white as his foot touches it.
- Perry is not a rodent, he's a monotreme. But Candace may have been too angry to know this.
- When the boys were playing with the gelatin, Phineas makes the gelatin bounce on his eyes a bunch of times but he does not close his eyes at all.
- The gelatin monster's size somehow does not decrease despite constant spraying from the gang and apparently becomes much larger when it goes to Doofenshmirtz's building, but then it melts instantly after getting sprayed by the water sprinklers.
Elementary My Dear Stacy
- The London Eye stops in the episode, but in real life the London Eye never stops rotating. (It's possible that it stopped because they wanted to save money on animation.)
- When Candace is deducing the message, she says "Fun" before she finds the impression.
- Phineas and Ferb open the door of the London Eye to get to the ground, but when they walk off-screen, the door is closed.
- Ferb's mouth doesn't move when he begins to talk before walking off-screen.
- Agent Double 0-0's watch laser makes a hole in his trousers, which disappears in the next scene and for the rest of the episode.
- When Big Ben returns to its launch pad, the displayed time is not 4:15.
- When Ferb goes down the waterslide and into Big Ben, he is alone with an official timesman and Phineas is in a different shuttle, but they come down together, and the timesman is not with them.
- Agent Double 0-0's watch laser is on his left hand during the scene where he and Perry are trapped, but when he looks at it in the end, he looks at his right hand.
- There is a Water Street in London, but it doesn't have a number 1600. Since British addresses do not use the American block-by-block numbering system, it is highly unlikely that any property in the UK has the number 1600.
- Initials generalizes both Monogram and Perry as being American, despite Perry, being a platypus, originating from Australia.
Don't Even Blink
- If you look behind Candace when she is talking with Stacy in her room, you can see that she has her own bust schedule, but she says to Stacy "That's because they build something EVERY DAY", if the boys build something every day, she clearly doesn't need a schedule because she knows they'll build something tomorrow.
- Near the end, Buford says "Buford loves cookies". After he goes off-screen, you can see Baljeet and some of the Fireside Girls are mouthing it.
- Phineas says that he doesn't know what happens to their inventions; however, they have deliberately cleaned up their inventions in "Lawn Gnome Beach Party of Terror", "Jerk De Soleil" and "It's a Mud, Mud, Mud, Mud World".
- While Perry and Doofenshmirtz are battling at Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated, the invisible ray is constantly on and should be leaving continuous swaths of invisible areas, but it doesn't.
- Perry enters Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc. building from the balcony, but eventually, he enters Doofenshmirtz's room from the front door.
- In some scenes, Phineas has eyebrows; in the others, he doesn't.
- The sign said at first "Big and Obvious Construction Site" but later it says "Coming soon, Big Obvious Ride". However, they may have changed it as the ride neared completion.
- When Candace is running with the paint, some spills out onto the ground, but when you see where she ran, there was no paint.
- A short time before Watchin' and Waitin':
- The inside of Candace's skirt is red, while her right sock and her left shoe are transparent.
- Before the song, Candace and Stacy are in chairs. As she scolds Ginger, Phineas, Ferb and Isabella are in chairs, Milly, Ginger, Gretchen, Holly, Buford, and Baljeet are sitting down, and Adyson is standing up next to Isabella, while Katie is not there.
- Phineas's eyes are larger than usual.
- When the camera pans over to the gang as they begin to watch the ride, the space between Ginger and Adyson's legs are white and Ginger's skirt is red. Also, only Candace and Stacy are in chairs, Buford and Baljeet are on their right standing up, Phineas and Ferb are on their left standing up, and the Fireside Girls are in a line standing up, while Isabella is not there.
- During the Watchin' and Waitin' song:
- Throughout the most of the song, Adyson's hairband is the same color as her hair. Also, she is unnoticeable in several shots.
- Katie, Milly, and Phineas are missing in the group shot.
- All six Fireside Girls (excluding Isabella) look like Holly when they are dancing next to each other. Their heads aren’t visible, but all six of them have Holly’s skin color, shirts, patches, shoes, and no long hair behind the back. It’s possible that they made six Holly clones on purpose, but it does look a bit strange.
- At first, Phineas and Ferb are playing acoustic guitars; in the middle of the song, they're playing electric guitars, and at the song's end, they change back to the acoustic guitars.
- At one point of the song, Candace's eyebrows are missing.
- In the song, even though they weren't allowed to blink, everyone except Gretchen and Milly closes their eyes at least once. Candace blinks twice when Phineas plays near her and Stacy and when trying to peek out from behind Phineas and Ferb as they play before her, though this might be some sort of fantasy point.
- The Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated sign has a different font than before at one time.
- The number of chairs changes repeatedly throughout the episode. At first, there were two chairs (for Candace and Stacy), then it increased to five (plus Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella). When the gang have finished the ride, there are only four chairs. When the Big Obvious Ride gets disintegrated, there are three chairs in front of it and two on the right, when there should be five all together in a line.
- When the gang walks inside to have cookies, Stacy isn't seen walking with everyone.
- In some scenes, the clouds are moving; in other scenes, they're not.
- When Stacy invites Candace over to feel the invisible ride, Isabella isn't there. In addition, when Candace rushes to get inside the house to bring some paint, Milly, Baljeet, Katie, and Gretchen are not there anymore. Later on, when the ride gets disintegrated, Milly isn't there, and when Phineas says "Hi, Mom!", Milly and Baljeet are also not seen, while Ginger, Holly, Adyson, and Gretchen are lit like it's nighttime.
- Candace pushes Linda's car down the driveway, which is impossible to do in real life.
- After the kids rode on the ride, the Fireside Girls were apparently gone. They reappear when the kids notice that the ride is invisible.
- Candace runs back to the backyard through the sliding door when Phineas notes the ride is invisible, but in the shot before that, she runs into the kitchen, past the sliding door.
Chez Platypus
- Phineas's blue bow tie is colored red when he tells Perry "We've got to put you in your place of honor" Then after he puts him down it turns blue again.
- When the restaurant is lifted by the helicopter, Holly and Ginger are the only Fireside Girls behind Isabella. However, when Candace saw the restaurant being lifted, all the Fireside Girls appeared. When the scene gets zoomed in, Gretchen is missing.
- The restaurant obviously has a floor but when it is being lifted by the helicopter, the floor is not shown on the restuarant or the ground.
- When Candace is flipping out over the fact that Buford will not let her into the restaurant and Buford lets the next party in, you can see a girl with a blue top, jeans, and light brown hair. Later, when Candace decides to call Mom, you can see exactly the same girl standing in the crowd waiting to get in, when in fact, she should already be inside the restaurant with the rest of her party.
- When Buford starts playing the violin after the restaurant is taken away, he plays it on the wrong side of his chin and has the bow in the wrong hand. After the scene shifts, then goes back when Mom and Dad get home, Buford is playing the violin in the right hands.
- When Adyson is helping with the eggs, her headband is the same color as her hair.
- Candace would not get an aneurism, but it would be possible for a seizure.
- Doof's girlfriend has a different skin color on her legs, though this could possibly mean she's wearing tights.
- When the interior of the resteraunt was first shown, Isabella is standing next to the podium but when the camera zooms out when she finishes talking with Phineas, she is elevated with the podium and is standing behind the counter.
Perry Lays an Egg
- Phineas, Ferb, and especially Candace should have known that a male platypus can't lay eggs. It's possible that they just didn't know at the time or that the Flynn-Fletcher family has never been sure of Perry's gender, but if that were the case they would have probably started calling him "she" after they discovered the egg, although they may have just continued referring to him as a male because they are more familiar with it.
- From the point where Candace says "How can you only manage to see this one?" to the end of the episode, the eyes of her "Mom suit" are blue when they should be brown.
- When Perry enters his lair, his fur gets sucked up the tube before Perry (in his underwear, no less), but when Perry lands in his chair, he comes down first; he should have come down last and landed in a pile of his fur still in his underwear.
Gaming the System
- When Phineas is explaining the game to the gang, Isabella's shoes are the same color as her belt.
- On the boss level, Candace tucks her towel into itself. However, throughout the episode, there are times where she raises her arms. (It was probably tucked in the whole time. She just re-tucked it in that scene.)
- When Candace shoots the spiders with her hair dryer, it's a continuous blast. So the spiders' holes would go out to the edge. Also, in Phineas and Ferb Save Summer, it is revealed that she was afraid of spiders, but in the spider level, she, doesn't seem to be terrified at all. (This might be an exception if she didn't get scared of them as they were virtual)
- At the start, Phineas, Ferb, Buford, and Baljeet are the only ones there but then Isabella appears out of nowhere. (She might have just been off camera or wasn't at Flynn-Fletcher house yet.)
- When Candace leaves with Jeremy she is just wearing the dress, without shoes, underwear, or anything else.
- Candace's hair dryer appears to be battery powered, therefore it should not have turned off when the power went out (Although, Candace might have turned the hair dryer off when she noticed the lights go out, but this is most likely not the case as there was a wire running from the hair dryer while Candace was using it)
- At first, there were four colored buttons on the game console. But when Phineas said "Ferb, I know what we're gonna do today!", there were only three buttons.
- When Candace first shoots the fruits with her hairdryer, the orange was worth 30 points, but when she next shoots an orange, it is worth 10 points. (Although, it is possible that the fruits give a random score each time. The more likely reason was because she shot multiple fruits, she gained a combo score.)
- When Isabella is going to zap Giant Buford back into the game, her tongue turns to the same color as her skin.
- In Let's Go Digital, look closely and the background is cutoff.
- In some scenes with Isabella, the outline of her mouth is black, similar to her first design from Season 1.
The Chronicles of Meap
- Doofenshmirtz says in his back-story that his parents disowned him and he was being raised by ocelots, although, the reason he lost Balloony was because he was guarding his parents' house, but, as said before, he wasn't being raised by them anymore. Although, they might've let him come back home.
- It’s a bit strange that Doofenshmirtz wants to summon all the balloons in the Tristate Area when he lost Balloony in Drusselstein.
- Doofenshmirtz said his best friend as a lawn gnome was Balloony, but in "Lawn Gnome Beach Party of Terror", he says his only companions were the moon and his neighbor Kenny.
- When Phineas sees's Mitch's space station in the distance, Isabella's eyebrows turn thick but when Ferb says "that's no cloud" Isabella's eyebrows are thin again.
- In the picture Doofenshmirtz is holding of he and Balloony, his face is shown in color, even though the picture is black and white. Though that may have been done on purpose just because Doofenshmirtz's childhood is meant to be odd.
- Before the My Ride From Outer Space sequence, it shows Ferb wearing the seatbelt inside the ship. This means he shouldn't be being flung around when we see him inside the ship again.
- Ferb shifts the gear all the way up. However, in the next scene, you can see the shifting handle isn't all the way up. However, this could be explained that Ferb lowered it.
- The last time Isabella tells Phineas that she thinks she's the one causing the cute interference, her belt is gone.
Thaddeus and Thor
- When Phineas and Ferb unveil the rest of their fort, some spectators, including the Fireside Girls are seen in two different places at once.
- In the Indonesian version of “Couldn’t Kick My Way Right Into Her Heart”, Roger is described as Heinz’s older brother, instead of his younger.
- When Doofenshmirtz starts to play the song Couldn't Kick My Way Into Her Heart, he appears to be playing a balalaika. But in "Mom's Birthday", he claims to hate all instruments that start with the letter "B." Balalaika is one of the instruments that was shrunken in that episode. It is possible the shrink effects could’ve worn off sometime later.
- When Phineas and Ferb give Thaddeus and Thor the tour of the fort, they say that they have a scoring stage with a 40 piece orchestra, but there are only 37 people with instruments.
- When Heinz's flashback pictures shown Roger's trophies and achievements on his kickball skills, Heinz was apparently much taller than Roger, although in most of the flashback scenes, Heinz was only a little bit taller than Roger.
- Closed Captioning has Gimmelshtump misspelled "Kimmelstump" and "Kimmelstock".
- The second time Linda came home, she should've seen the fort from the front yard.
- Linda also should've seen the fort from the kitchen window.
- When Candace literally throws the groceries into the kitchen, she throws them in the bags, but when Linda sees the mess only the groceries are on the floor and the bags are nowhere to be seen.
- The way Candace threw the bags, they would've ended up near the backyard door instead of in the kitchen.
- When Candace runs to the kitchen, she arrives on the window side, when the entrance is actually on the other side. Also, the door she runs through usually leads to the backyard, while the entrance is larger and more wider. This could mean the rooms accidently got moved around for the episode.
- Also, when Candace exits the house to the backyard to show Linda the fort, she uses the large living room door when they should've just used the small kitchen door.
- When Candace runs up to the sliding door to the backyard to see the real fort, you can't see the fort from the door. When we see the backyard from Candace's perspective, the fort is there.
- At the beginning when Linda leaves, she goes offscreen left, but the kitchen exit is on the right, while the backyard exit is behind her.
- In addition, when Candace says "Oh, boys?" she looks to her left, when she should look to her right where the door is. Also, she says "Oh, boys?" from the inside of the house but since Phineas and Ferb are outside, they most likely cannot hear her.
- In reality, contractors do a lot of work either inside construction sites or not, whether it is involving building structures or several managements issues, not as stated by Thaddeus.
- Many of the levels of Phineas and Ferb's fort are wider than the top of the fort. There is also a yellow slide that loops around the fort that makes the fort much wider. However, after Phineas and Ferb activate and later deactivate the fort, the lawn looks completely unaffected.
- Some people that appear at Phineas and Ferb's house also appear at Doofenshmirtz's family reunion.
De Plane! De Plane!
- When Candace and Stacy originally arrive at the party, they are shorter than the hedge when they go to talk. However, when Candace yells, "I'm Candace Flynn!" she is much taller than the hedge.
- Doofenshmirtz' shirt is plain black prior to the introduction of the Evaporatinator, then sports a recycling symbol. However, after his backstory scene ends, the recycling symbol is gone.
- When Candace and Stacy arrive at Jeremy's pool party, Stacy's hat is white, then it turns bluish-purple, and then it turns white again.
- There are several inconsistences between the Spruce Goose in the episode and in real life:
- Phineas states that Howard Hughes called his plane the Spruce Goose. He actually called it the "Hughes H-4 Hercules". The "Spruce Goose" was a nickname given to the plane by the press. In reality, Hughes despised that name.
- The real Spruce Goose's wingspan is actually 320 feet, 11 inches, not 319 feet as mentioned on TV. Therefore, Phineas and Ferb wouldn't have beaten the record since the Paper Pelican was 320 feet even, they would come up 11 inches short.
- When the gang are passing the pieces of paper, Adyson's hairband is the same color is her hair, while Isabella is nowhere to be seen.
- Initially, only Baljeet and Isabella become flight attendants whilst the Fireside Girls are passengers, but during the song, the Fireside Girls, along with several other girls, somehow become flight attendants.
- When the floor show is announced, Holly and Katie are seen sitting amongst the passengers (as noted above, now in flight attendant uniforms), but in the very next scene, they are part of the show.
- During the song "Big Ginormous Airplane", when the line, "...hanging from a fuselage.", is sung the dancers are hanging from the wing. Then when the line, "Walking on a wing..." is sung, the dancers are on the fuselage.
- The swimming pool girl who taunts Doofenshmirtz in his flashback is seen at Jeremy's party. There are two mistakes here: she should be an adult now and it is inappropriate for a toddler to be at a high school party.
- The Paper Pelican takes flight by lifting itself off the ground into the sky; in real life, a plane needs to build up speed on a runway before taking flight.
Let's Take a Quiz
- When Perry picks up the remote to enter his lair, he opens the secret door on the TV, puts the remote down, and climbs into the entrance. However, when he lands in his chair he has the remote in his hands and uses it to turn on the TV so that Major Monogram can give him his mission.
- Doofenshmirtz calls on the phone without dialing. However it's possible that he could have been on hold.
- When the crowd is booing Buford, one of Phineas's eyes is transparent.
- The contours around Stacy's right eye briefly changes to dark beige, like the contours around her body, when she talks to Candace in front of her TV.
- When Candace shouts "This doesn't even make any sense!", the letter board that repeats her outburst says "This doesn't even make sense!".
- When Candace is saying "Be a star, Candace. Be a star.", her hair is covering her shirt in a layering error.
At the Car Wash
- While Phineas states that they're "gonna build the best car wash on the whole dang world (dang it)," Isabella's Fireside Girl shirt is completely orange instead of orange and white.
- After the giant balloon drops on Jeremy's mom's car, Candace's hair is back to normal but when they get out of the car wash, it's like how it looked when they got in.
- During "Phintastic Ferbulous Car Wash", Isabella is first seen in her Fireside Girl clothes, followed by her signature pink outfit, and then a raincoat, but for most of the episode, she is wearing her Fireside Girls uniform.
- When we get an aerial view of the car wash, a car and a truck in the bottom left corner of the screen are facing towards the Exit, when they should actually be facing away from it.
- It is unknown why Phineas and Ferb built the conveyor belt path through the water, since car engines are prone to the water and can be damaged if they're drowned into the water, unless they are dried immediately.
- When Doofenshmirtz looks for a battery, he looks in Norm when it says later that Norm runs on squirrel power ("Phineas and Ferb-Busters!"). However it's possible that Norm runs on both. Along, with that Norm's eyes were red instead of white.
- Moles are carnivorous. They would not eat hydrangeas.
- After his back story, Doofenshmirtz's forehead was higher and stayed like that for the rest of the scene.
- Doofenshmirtz remembers the "aglet" word from "Tip of the Day", although he stated that the anything that he had been thinking on would be erased from any of computers and mind of the entire Tri-State Area citizens. However, this could be explained if he intentionally did not affect his memory on his own on purpose.
- Despite that Perry is upside down, his hat doesn't fall. However, it's possible Perry's hat is so tight that it wouldn't fall off from hanging upside down.
- When Candace is walking over the cars going into the car wash, the cars are moving faster than the conveyor belt. Even if the cars had powered themselves forward as well, the conveyor belt had ridges, so the cars would have bounced over the ridges.
- During the last phonetalk, Candace is somehow able to see Stacy, despite the fact the latter is holding her phone near her ear.
- During the last verse of Phintastic Ferbulous Car Wash, when the gang sings "car wash!", for a split second Milly has two mouths which are layered one another.
- Near the end of the episode, when Phineas says "there goes the perfectly good car wash", his legs are layered outside of his shorts.
Oh, There You Are, Perry
- When Perry crashed into Candace, water got all over them. But when Candace put Perry out neither of them were wet.
- When Candace tripped over Perry, she lost one of her slippers, but when she tossed him outside, she was barefoot, having lost both slippers.
- Doofenshmirtz's BEST BOSS shirt had The Regurgitator's eyes brown, though they are really green.
- Doofenshmirtz said he installed an escape button in Perry's cage but it isn't shown in the trap.
- Right after Candace sings that she'll change her name to Larry, the crowd sings Larry one time. They sing it a second time when Phineas is shown, and Phineas's voice can be heard, but he's smiling, not singing.
- Ferb can be seen singing, but has no voice.
- After singing along together with the other Fireside Girls, Adyson is nowhere to be seen again.
- During most of the episode when viewed on iTunes, if you look closely you can see a column on the left edge of the screen is lined out.
Swiss Family Phineas
- When Isabella and Ferb are first seen, they are wearing sailor outfits. But when they are seen again and in the rest of the episode, they are in their normal clothes.
- Candace is seen wearing a watch at first, but afterwards, she is not wearing it anymore.
- Candace opens a door and then walks out of the tree house that Phineas and Ferb made to crash to the ground. Later on, Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella walk out of that same door, except this time a balcony is there. However, this may mean that they have already finished it and built a balcony on the door.
- When Perry is dumping Doofenshmirtz in the washing machine, his hat is missing, but when he is next to the monkeys that are dumping soap and clothes, his hat is back.
- It is not a good idea to raise the sail before and after you get in the water. The boat will start drifting away when you do that.
- When Doofenshmirtz falls into the giant washing machine, he is wearing a wedding dress that he fell into while riding the conveyor belt (and appears to be worn over his regular clothes), but after he falls into the washing machine he is seen in his underpants, a change that would have happened in less than a second. This, however, happens after several rapid costume changes by Perry and Doof so it could presumably be the case that all of the rest of his clothes fell off.
- Doofenshmirtz is talking with his mouth closed while inside the washing machine.
- After Candace says "Oh, Candace, go find us some food", Candace's lower teeth are the same color as her tongue.
- After Isabella says "Storm warning!", she, Phineas, Ferb, and Candace are absent during the shipwreck scene.
- When Ferb comes naked, he has a leaf, but after Lawrence says the boat is dangerous, the leaf isn't there. Also, when Phineas finds Ferb's clothes, you can see a little bit of Ferb's legs in them before Phineas picks it up.
- Pink lava is very rare and certainly cannot be cold or overflowing with bubbles.
- When the family comes home, Isabella is not in the car.
- When Baljeet sees the car pull up and the car door opens, leaving Candace to dash out, she, Phineas, and Ferb are clean, but when they approach Baljeet, they are dirty again.
Hide and Seek
- During the entire episode, but most obviously during the song sequence, the kids constantly change size. Sometimes they are a little smaller than a mouse, sometimes they are the size of a fly and sometimes they are microscopic.
- At the end of the song, When You're Small, Phineas, Ferb and their friends are in a bowl of warm water relaxing, but their swimming suits never shrunk with them.
- The phrase "Wherefore art thou Perry?" technically means "Why are you Perry?" The correct phrase is "Whither art thou, Perry?"
- After Ferb says that were too big to play Hide and Seek, The outline on Ferb's arms are green.
- When Vivian saw the shrinking device and brought it inside, she should've just brought it to Linda so she can see it.
- When Irving was excited and says the phrase "Where's Perry?", Buford's shorts turn black.
- When Irving responses to Isabella, "Yeah, but guys, we're still small," His head is over his shirt collar. In the next shot it's behind again.
- When Irving was trying to say "Where's Perry?", Isabella's skin color was darker.
- When we first meet Irving his eyebrows are thin, but in the rest of the episode, they are thick.
- When Irving introduces himself to Phineas and Ferb, Baljeet's eyes become blank white sockets for a single frame.
- After Doofenshmirtz presses the self-destruct button, there is not a single mark on the counter.
- When Candace goes to get her Mom to see the shrinker, she could’ve just bring the invention to her.
That Sinking Feeling
- When Candace is trying to bust Phineas and Ferb, and she says "No, I'm at home..." even though she is talking to her mom on her phone, her phone is closed.
- When Doofenshmirtz captures Perry the Platypus, a machine comes down and ties Perry with a rope. The second time Perry appears captured, the machine that tied Perry down is gone and the rope connecting to the machine is simply gone.
- Ferb is wearing a suit at the beginning of the cruise, but after the ship sinks when Ferb pushes the fun preservers button he's wearing his normal clothing.
- Lighthouses warns ships away from rocky shores, not attract them like moths to a flame.
- When the lighthouse crashes into the ship, the debris is gone for one frame.
- When the ship sinks, and Buford says, "Cupid first!", his wings were white. But when he slides down, the wings are black.
- Perry was sent away from Doofenshmirtz's home after the lighthouse flew away. But when the ship sinks, he shows up next to Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella on a "fun preserver". He wasn't even on the ship, so he couldn't have possibly gotten one.
- Some extras, including Sally and Pedro are already seen on the left deck, but then they are also seen running past Phineas, Isabella, Baljeet, and Mishti.
- In the episode "The Ballad of Badbeard", Gretchen and Holly appears to be seasick. However, in this episode, they do not get seasick at all.
- Ferb was not on the part of the ship that was raised when it was sinking, but later he is seen on a "fun preserver".
- When the ship stern is lifting up during the sinking, Adyson was seen on the left side of the deck along with Holly, and Gretchen was seen on the right next to Buford. In the next shot, Adyson was misplaced next to Buford instead of Gretchen, but then she is placed correctly again after the scene changes.
- Isabella's eyes flicker from black to brown to blue again as the passengers go on the fun preservers, then remains brown-ish in color for the rest of the episode.
- The ship is white when Phineas and Ferb are going to the harbor through Candace's window, but is black later.
- "Like moths to a flame" is a simile, not a metaphor.
The Baljeatles
- When Candace is on the phone with Jeremy, she is shown between the mattress and footboard of her bed.
- When the clock on Perry's screen is first seen, it has three hands, but when the clock is viewed from the bottom, we see only two hands.
- When Phineas steps out of the limo, he doesn't have the black streaks on his face. In the next scene and in every scene after, he is seen wearing them.
- When Dr. Doofenshmirtz is pulled through the ceiling by the Bum-Bum-Inator, he gets pulled around the playpen in the same direction as he was running. It should have gone the other way.
- When the Nanny-inator diapers Perry, it uses enough baby powder to make a small cloud, but when the Nanny-inator starts to put the diaper under Perry's butt, the powder is not visible on Perry's fur.
- When Phineas and Ferb sang in a part, Phineas had a golden chain on his neck along with his jacket (which looked like Ferb's) but it was not seen before they entered the stage.
- Towards the end of Gimme a Grade, closed captioning shows "Gimme an grade!"
- Ferb uses ear plugs to stop hearing Baljeet's Fail Wail, but earlier, upon arriving at Baljeet's house, Ferb has his ears plugged, and no earplugs were seen.
- At one point when Phineas and Baljeet sing "Can I get a syllabus, a little discipline?" part of Phineas' head becomes duplicated.
- In the song, Baljeet sings the contraction "ain't," but in a later episode, "Monster from the Id", it is revealed he has a phobia of contractions, especially "ain't" since it is also grammatically incorrect.
- However, this may not be an error; since studies have shown that strong emotions of anger can override fear, it may be that Baljeet's anger of the fact that Summer Rocks has no grades temporarily overrode his phobia at the moment.
- The lines where Baljeet's shirt is torn during his performance change position many times.
Vanessassary Roughness
- At the beginning of the episode, when Phineas and his family are driving to the mall, Perry has a seat belt, but no seat.
- Perry's tail is visible in some scenes, but in others it isn't.
- During the song "I'm Me," when Vanessa cheers after grabbing the Pizazzium Infinionite while hanging on the claw moving along a track on the ceiling, her hair disappears for a few non-consecutive frames.
- During the ballpit scene, the balls are in a random order. When there is a close up of Ferb, the balls are shown to be arranged into colored clusters.
- When Buford and Baljeet are about to hit Vanessa with the shopping cart the cart is full of papers. When they pick up the Pizazzium, the cart has no papers and when they leave the cart, it is full of papers again.
- When Ferb swings down to save Vanessa, the railing is about waist height to Ferb. When they are standing by the railing at the top of the escalator, the railing is about shoulder height to Ferb.
- When Candace and Stacy goes out from the book stacks, they don't wear their helmets anymore.
No More Bunny Business
- When Ferb pulls Balthazar out of the ballpit, he has brown hair and is wearing a black shirt, brown shorts, and mahogany shoes and hat, similar to Buford Van Stomm's color scheme. But in the very next shot, when he is out of the ballpit, he has his normal dark-blond hair and is wearing his usual green clothes.
- Phineas and Ferb say that they're going to ask Isabella if she has carrots. However, she asks what they are doing with all the carrots and glasses later on. Perhaps none of the Garcia-Shapiro family members were home to let Phineas and Ferb in, leading to Phineas ordering them from a mysterious supplier.
- Doofenshmirtz's giant dog bone is at first standing vertically, but when the dogs burst into his apartment, it is shown horizontally.
- When Perry and Dennis are battling, Dennis's eyes become white for about a frame before turning light blue again.
- After Phineas and Ferb pull Balthazar out of the ballpit and they walk away, Ferb's big eye is closer to the camera, when it should be on the other side.
- When Perry and Dennis are sword fighting with the barbecue utensils, for a few seconds Perry's hind feet are paws instead of webbed feet.
- When Dennis sees Perry out the window, Perry's arm is detached for a split second.
- When Candace pets Perry, her hand goes through his hair, and it looks like it is growing out of her hand.
- In the song, X-Ray Eyes, Ferb doesn't have long legs, but in "A Hard Day's Knight", when they tossed their heads, their legs were the same.
- When Perry is trapped in the cage, his tail changes color but then changes back.
- When Candace was dragging Perry out of her room from her foot, her sock switched from red to brown for a second.
- When Dennis pulled the grass and entered the tunnel, after some time, when Phineas was saying that all the carrots had vanished, the blocking fake grass gets on top of the tunnel. It could be possible that Perry did that.
- When Phineas says that he needs those carrots, there are a few carrots visible in the fridge.
- Before signing off the dark green stripes on Major Monogram's shoulders turn transparent twice.
- Ferb and Isabella suddenly vanish from the rest of the episode after they walk in the house.
- When Candace is at the fridge, it is open and a couple of seconds after the fridge has closed.
- When Dennis pressed the red button, there was a yellow one next to it, and when Perry threw the carrot on it, the yellow button had disappeared.
- In the song, X-Ray Eyes, when Phineas, Ferb and Isabella approach the archaeologists, both Phineas and Isabella are holding x-ray specs. When it goes to a closer shot, Isabella has her hands behind her back.
- When Perry spies on Candace and Dennis, Candace's bed is shown to be in the direction of the door, when it should be facing sideways. Also, the room inside the door is too small and positioned incorrectly.
- The lever does not appear by Perry's trap until he pulls it. This is noticed by Buford and Baljeet in the character commentary.
Spa Day
- On the way to the construction site, Stacy has her typical bracelet on, but when they get to Phineas and Ferb's house, it is gone and does not appear again.
- During the beginning of the episode, Stacy is shown wearing a blue bow, but during Phineas and Ferb's spa, it is changed to purple.
- During the song, Ginger is seen stepping on Stacy's head when the Fireside Girls are walking on Candace and Stacy's backs.
- When Candace glues Stacy to the wall with wallpaper and then rips it out, her direction changes from facing the wall to leaning on the wall. It is possible that as she is tearing herself free, she spins around.
- When the Gloominator 3000-inator is shot by Mr. Fluffypants, the sky seems to be gloomy at the scene where Candace, Stacy, Jeremy, and others are working for the unfortunate. However, in the next scene, it is sunny and not dark anymore.
- While Mr. Fluffypants is dangling off the roof, his tail disappears for a few seconds.
- In the close up of Holly's feet before walking on Stacy's back, Stacy's bow is blue, then quickly turns purple.
- During the end credits, when Carl turns on the radio, it's sitting at the end of his desk (in front of the lamp), but once Carl starts dancing, the radio is nowhere in sight.
- Since the missing cat poster is colored in monochrome, it is unlikely that people would be able to find his lost cat easily due to the unknown exact colors of the light and dark color tones.
- When Isabella, Katie and Holly lean to the right while singing "loungin" in the song, Holly's mouth is not outlined.
- When the Fireside Girls are walking on Candace and Stacy's spines, Holly is shown walking on them again in the next shot.
- Holly takes two steps on Candace in the first shot, but only one step on Candace and Stacy in the second shot.
- When Mr. Fluffypants is on the DEI roof, Dr. Doofenshmirtz's eyes change color.
- When the Fireside Girls are walking on Candace and Stacy, Candace appears to have a shirt, but in the next scene, it disappears.
- The D.E.I. sign on the bottom of the building when Doof checks his mail reads "Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc. Evil Inc."
- When Phineas and Ferb walk up to Candace and Stacy, the usual tree can be seen behind them, yet in the next shot it is in the background near the fence, and no spa decor is seen.
- After Monogram says "Say, Carl, have you seen my parachute pants?", and Carl says "Yes, they're very nice, sir.", the closed captions exclude "sir".
Phineas and Ferb's Quantum Boogaloo
- The time machine cannot move positions during any travel period, however during the credits Isabella somehow traveled to the present Flynn Family's backyard from the future museum, but it could be possible that feature was removed while Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella were fixing the time machine, or while they were in the future. Alternatively she could have gone with the tool to the past and engaged someone to move the time machine to the site of the future Flynn-Fletcher household and then gone forward in time to quantum boogaloo day.
- When Candace first appears in this episode, she is talking to Stacy on the land-line phone about waiting for the right moment to bust her brothers. She pauses for a second, Stacy asks if she's still there and we see Candace running towards the museum yelling "They're on the move! I'll bust them now! I'll bust them now!" on her cellphone. One could argue that Candace had hung up on Stacy and called her back screaming "They're on the move!" But the way the scene was portrayed, this scenario is unlikely.
- When Future Candace advises the Phineas and Ferb not to travel into the future again, Phineas pointed out that they came to the future for the steel and wood fusing device, but he couldn't have known this because he was the Phineas from the beginning of summer and he wasn't working on (and probably hasn't even came up with the idea of) the superstructure from the beginning of the episode. It could be possible that the boys were informed about this when they arrived in the future. Isabella brings them the tool even though she is from the past and does not know this. It's possible since she started time traveling after they realized they needed it, she got the tool for them in the future and back to the time after Baljeet angrily left and gave it to them.
- If the Candaces made a mistake and arrived on the day of "Rollercoaster: The Musical!" (and this seems to be canonical), then almost all the problems go away. The boys could have made the trip to get the device a few days before the Future Candaces arrived, so naturally they know all about it. However, it does state that they went back to the first day of the summer, possibly meaning that the events of "Rollercoaster" took place in a previous summer. However, this is unlikely due to the fact that this was the first summer they had acted on their Big Ideas. ("Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation!") Alternatively, it could merely be saying they went to the first day of the summer because Candace had gotten the dates mixed up, and was showing her perspective in the text.
- On the checkers board Perry and Doofenshmirtz used, it shows two checkers side-by-side. In checkers, all pieces stay on one of the two colors the entire game. However, it is possible that in the future, that the rule has changed, or that's just how Perry and Dr. Doofenshmirtz play.
- The tree is supposed to explode about 20 seconds after it did in this episode.
- In "It's About Time", the time machine needs to be plugged in. However, in this episode, the time machine can work without it being plugged in.
- It's possible that Phineas and Ferb updated the machine.
- Good Future Candace says "So that's how that happened", but she did see the helicopter carrying the rollercoaster. However, it is possible that she forgot about this within the years that passed.
- When Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella were going to fix the time machine with Future Candace, while Isabella was talking to Ferb, the larger eye was in front of the smaller eye.
- When the two Candaces first walk up to Phineas, Ferb and Isabella by the tree, Isabella's shadow is white.
- When Future Candace goes to the antique shop to tell Linda about the boys, Linda is standing behind the counter. However, when she's telling Candace about her comeback tour, she's standing in front of the counter.
- When Future Candace enters the "Super Food and Stuff Mart" the sign on the front disappears but reappears when she drags mom out of the store.
- The Time Machine was on a stand in the museum, however in these events it is on the floor.
- The Time Machine that Phineas and Ferb use to travel to the past was on the same spot as the second Time Machine, so the first Time Machine would be destroyed.
- Perry gets injured during a failed attempt of escape. He ends up in hospital with broken bones for several months. Yet Major Monogram did not replace him.
- It's possible that Monogram did replace him, and his replacement failed to stop Doofenshmirtz.
- Good Future Candace is seen taking the time machine that the original time traveler from the 19th century came from. Later Bad Future Candace’s time machine is destroyed by the giant tin foil ball. Therefore, the professor would never be able to return to the past, therefore the time machine in the museum (that time machine 200 years older) should have never been. Not in “It's About Time!", not at the beginning of the episode, not when she would use it to go back to the past to bust her brothers and not later when she returns with Phineas, Ferb, Isabella and her younger self. This creates a paradox of the origins of the time machine. Of course, the time traveler could have built another time machine and went back to the past with that one.
- Another possibility is that Onasis created two time machines: one unfinished prototype that was left in the past (which was given to the museum and fixed by Phineas and Ferb in the earlier episode), and the one he took to the future, which was destroyed. Onasis would have no problem with this, as he announced that he was going to stay in the future after being informed that corndogs had been invented.
- Another possibility is seeing as the destroyed time machine was from an alternate universe that no longer existed the time machine that the Bad Future Candace used could have stopped existing like she did.
- In "It's About Time!" it's mentioned that the time machine was never finished. In this episode we see the builder of the time machine go to the future with a finished one. This could be explained by the earlier theory.
- As Phineas gets confused which Candace is the real Candace, the space between Isabella's legs is white.
- When Isabella finds out she marries Phineas (or Ferb), a railing (or part of the wall) behind the time machine is near the top of the seat. But after Ferb winks at her, it is near the middle. Also note that Isabella is seated behind Ferb and to his left, but Ferb looks over his right shoulder to wink at her.
- When Isabella compliments Phineas on the rollercoaster, Perry can be seen lying in front of them. But when the two Candaces from the future show up, he is no longer there. This could be due to the fact that it was integrated with the scene from Rollercoaster, and they forgot to animate Perry.
- Good Future Candace tells the boys that the time machine she arrived in was destroyed. She is mistaken; just as there were two Candaces there were two time machines, one in the museum and one in the future dump. Her confused explanation would make Phineas think Good Future and Bad Future Candace came together in the same time machine, which was then destroyed. His explanation back to her was incorrect, based on that faulty assumption. They must have used the time machine of Good Future Candace, which didn't really need to be fixed.
- The direction that the lever moves on the Time Machine should be the same all the time for going back or forward in time. However, it changes directions multiple times.
- Isebella mentions that she caught smallpox on her time travel trip, but the symptoms of smallpox take about two weeks to show up after contracting it. (Note: This may not be an error because it is possible that she stayed back in the past for two weeks before returning to the boys)
- When Bowling For Soup is singing the map behind them has Michigan and Ontario colored the same making it look like one big state or province.
- Since the rest of the episode took place the day of the rollercoaster, Future Candace travels to it while "PAST" appears during the time stream. However at the end when everyone goes home it says "PRESENT", it should've said "PAST".
- When the tree blasts, the 2 future Candaces and Isabella can not be seen. This may be because that animation was reused.
- When Future Candace went to the antique shop, her leg was half for a second.
- Doofenshmirtz declared himself “Emperor” in the bad future timeline and possibly made his rule a monarchy and/or a dictatorship; in that case he would not be classified as the bourgeoisie class like he said in his song Charmed Life.
- When Doofenshmirtz is celebrating his victory against Perry, one of his arms is missing.
- The TV and Disney+ captioning incorrectly refers to Stacy as "Daisy".
Phineas and Ferb Musical Cliptastic Countdown
- For the premiere with subtitles, the song that won eighth place, "Ain't Got Rhythm", has a spelling mistake: The first "you're" in Phineas's subtitle "You're kidding me, right? You're—you're kidding me!" is misspelled as "your", making it "Your kidding me, right? You're—you're kidding me!"
- In "Gitchee Gitchee Goo", after Dr. Doofenshmirtz says " "No! Not the number one requested Phineas and Ferb song! New extended version, never before seen... NOT THAT!", The Ferbettes are in this order: (from left to right) Adyson, Gretchen, Milly, and Isabella. However, after that, they are in reversed order, except for their line: "Gitchee Gitchee Goo you too", during which they are in this order: Isabella, Milly, Gretchen, Adyson, (from left to right). It changes back and forth, and the number 1 didn't appear in the beginning of the music video.
- The same error is noticeable as well in "Flop Starz", as the Ferbettes are repeatedly changing positions.
- When the line "When I say I love you" is said, Adyson has only one eyelash instead of two and part of her beret is the same color as her hair.
- Just as in "Flop Starz", Isabella's bow is colored to look like her regular bow when the lights are shining on her. Also, when she is wearing her normal dress in the last chorus, her dress has her Fireside uniform's color scheme. Isabella's clothing changes several times throughout the song, including her bow changing to a beret.
- Also in the aforementioned song, Ferb's keyboard's orientation of keys changes several times throughout the song, including the gain and loss of keys.
- When Dr. Doofenshmirtz drives the monster truck off stage and over Major Monogram's foot, Monogram's eyes, monobrow and mustache can be seen floating in the air just to the right of him.
- In the song "S.I.M.P. (Squirrels In My Pants)", shortly before the end of the song, Candace's belly button is on her back for a second.
- When Phineas and The Ferbtones perform, they do not see Perry, Monogram, or Doofenshmirtz.
- When the first person is hypnotized by Doofenshmirtz, a differently colored kid of the Irving lookalike without glasses can be seen next to him. However, when Perry breaks through the wall, the same kid can be seen.
Bubble Boys
- When Phineas commented Ferb about the bubble design, Buford's short is colored red like his shoes. Also when Isabella greets them "Whatcha doin'?", his shoes are colored green like his shorts.
- When Baljeet says, "Oh no, look out! Power lines!" Adyson, Gretchen, Milly, and Buford aren't there.
- When Baljeet begins hyperventilating in the bubble it shouldn't have increased the size of the bubble as there would not be any more air inside it. Also, even though it became larger it shouldn't have made the bubble fly upwards as the air breathed out by Baljeet and the others is actually heavier than the air outside the bubble because of its higher level of carbon dioxide. The bubble should actually have gone down faster.
- When Isabella gives Phineas the sap, she says "here". In "Isabella and the Temple of Sap", she doesn't say it.
- When Phineas says "See you guys back in the field!" to the Fireside Girls, Isabella's expression seems to turn flat as the scene zooms out. This will be later explained in "Isabella and the Temple of Sap" where she is snapped out from her daydreaming.
- When Phineas blew a bubble at the beginning and it showed the reflection, his shirt was all white.
- Before Baljeet starts hyperventilating, Gretchen is behind him. When he starts hyperventilating, Milly is behind him instead and Gretchen is not there, and when the Fireside Girls and Buford say 'Yes, sir!' Gretchen appears right next to Isabella and no one is behind Baljeet.
- When the bubble pops, after the kids fall Milly's hair is black instead of brown.
- Some of the girls' sashes are at their right shoulder instead of their left before and after Baljeet starts hyperventilating.
- When everyone in the bubble bounces, Katie goes outside of the bubble.
- Before the bubble gets popped out and flies above Candace, there are no signs of Ginger, Holly, and Katie inside it.
- When the bubble went down the downdraft, Milly is not shown.
- When Candace drives Linda to the park and misses the boys, the bubble machine is there, but somehow both do not see it. However, it is possible that they do in fact see it, thinking it is something else.
Isabella and the Temple of Sap
- When Isabella addresses that the girls never give up before "the Fireside Girls Song" starts, the collar on Ginger's top is the same color of orange as the rest of her top, instead of the reddish-orange it normally is.
- When Isabella enters the park, her clothes and hair are clean, but in the next shot, her hair and clothes are dirty.
- She may have went to an attraction during an unseen time based on her dialogue ("We've got a tree to find! Fireside Girls, report!").
- Even though Isabella was seen with messed up clothes and hair, she was not seen at an attraction until the van was seen.
- When Isabella says "I was in Phineasland again", Adyson's eyes are brown instead of green.
- The girls have their sashes back after Isabella has the tree, but before that in the next scene, Katie and Milly don't have sashes on.
- In some scenes, the clouds are moving. In others, they are not.
- Just before the girls see the van the order of the girls is: Adyson, Isabella, Gretchen, but when the van is seen, the order is: Gretchen, Isabella, Ginger.
- When Ginger says they should get the sap for Baljeet as well, a square patch is visible on her sash. When Katie removes the "I Just Saw a Cute Boy" patch, the square patch disappears.
- When Isabella comes back in the van with the tree, she is seen wearing sashes connected to each other. However, in the next scene there are no sashes. In the next scene, Isabella and the other Fireside Girls are wearing the sashes again.
- Isabella addresses the troop as 46321, but Jeff "Swampy" Marsh has said it's 46231 (Swampy Correspondence).
- Holly and Katie have bruises on their heads even before they enter the park.
- Poofenplotz's Me-Mobile rolls into the clown-shaped building. However, in the scene before, it rolled past the entire amusement park.
- When the Fireside Girls cheer "And Ferb, too!", the animation of them saying "Yay, Phineas!" is reused but played in reverse.
- When Ginger is about to say "I already have 52 of those," Milly's mouth disappears for a split second.
- When Isabella is getting the old hippie to talk to her, Adyson's hair is missing.
- When Adyson, Ginger and Holly buckle up, their legs are layered under their skirts instead of in them.
- When Isabella opens the engine from the van, Katie and Milly are not shown with the others.
- When Isabella opens the back door of the van as the Fireside Girls began to run inside the van, Milly is not shown. At the time they go into the van, Adyson appears out of nowhere between Holly and Ginger.
- When Gretchen says "Sesquipedalian", it comes out in Holly's voice.
- When Poofenplotz gets sprayed with the Stiff Beauty spray cans, her lipstick disappears.
Cheer Up Candace
- When Agent P grabs the ledge from Doofenshmirtz's building, he does so with both hands, even though climbed a rope up.
- At first, Agent P escapes from Agent E and Agent B and puts them together, but when Monogram asks for help the bulldog can be seen running among other agents.
- It is also possible, however, that the two agents freed themselves from the handcuffs on their own (most likely, they had the keys for their respective handcuffs), allowing the bulldog to chase Perry.
- Before the Mix and Mingle Machine started, Phineas said that the machine changes every two seconds. However, in the song's lyrics, it said: "You've only got a second to make a good impression". Nevertheless, many people in the machine appeared longer than others (but it could be a hyperbole).
- Milly's hair is colored black instead of brown.
- The machine Candace rides is called the "Mix 'n' Mingler" but earlier it's called the "Mixer Mingler".
- When Phineas, Candace, and Stacy are parachuting down from the Mix 'n' Mingler machine, Stacy's bracelet disappears.
- The Perry the Platypus clones' eyes are normal just like Perry's, but after the Plata-Proliferator-inator is introduced, the platypus that rolls out of the machine has red eyes. Suddenly, all of the platypus clones' eyes are red, but after Jerry the Platypus is introduced, all of their eyes are normal. However, after the Mix and Mingle Machine song, when Perry is fighting the clones, their eyes are red again.
- Though Candace agrees with Stacy to order some ice cream, "Candace Loses Her Head", "Oh, There You Are, Perry" and "Let's Take a Quiz" reveal she is allergic to dairy. She also orders ice cream in "Comet Kermillian".
Fireside Girl Jamboree
- Throughout this episode, Phineas' watch seems to disappear and reappear.
- When Candace earns the "bug collecting patch", Phineas and Ferb are sitting next to each other, but when she earns the "motion sickness patch" they are no longer sitting next to each other.
- When Eliza M. Feyersied tells Candace there is another way to become a Fireside Girl in a day, the background is pixelated.
- When Candace receives the motion sickness patch, Isabella is not inside the rollercoaster.
- When Phineas, Ferb, Candace, and Isabella are falling from the rollercoaster after it turned into broccoli, for a split second Phineas is missing when they have landed on the street.
- The concert is for Fireside Girls (and guests) only. However, other than Candace, Isabella, Ginger, Adyson, and Katie, no other Fireside Girls are seen and the crowd seems to be made entirely of adults. This changes at the end when Isabella tells Candace she should work on her Good Listener Patch. As the camera zooms in, the crowd seems to consist of teens and younger kids, some of who are wearing Fireside Girl uniforms.
- When Candace is trying to earn all 50 patches, her shoes are red and her socks are white instead of the other way around, however, this may be part of her uniform.
- When Candace tells Isabella that she did earn 50 patches, the triangle on her beret turns whiter for a second, then changes back to normal in the same scene.
- When Ginger and Katie do the second motion to accept Candace, at the moment when they laugh, Ginger's sash is under her skirt.
- When the Fireside Girls laughs at Candace, Adyson is not seen with any shadow and Gretchen is not present.
- When Perry is teleported to Evil Incorporated, he is teleported three feet too far to the right. When he is on the balcony and the teleporter is recalibrated, he is moved to the right again. He should have been moved three feet to the left instead.
- When Ferb said "Hey, where's Perry?" his mouth moves as if he were saying something else.
- One of the fifteen senior citizens is a young man and not an old one. It is the purple shirt Slack.
- Up close the computer has a flower on its side, but when the scene is zoomed out, it does not.
- When Candace sews her uniform, when examined closely, she pricks her thumb, but she sucks on her index finger.
- The portion where Candace has to get 50 patches before 5:00 is never explained, though it might have been at an unseen time.
- It's unknown why Candace didn't just use the other lift because it seems to be not out of order.
- When Candace is about to walk inside the Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated, the building is shown green instead of purple.
- When Isabella mentions Adyson's name, the captions spell her name as Addison Sweetwater.
- Isabella, Phineas, and Ferb go into the sewer with Candace so she can earn her Wrestling with Alligator patch, but in the next few shots, Isabella is gone. However, she could have left or was cut off from the screen.
- During the concert, Adyson's hair is colored black instead of brown.
- While Candace is starting to skate down to the street, she has two patches. However, after a split-second, she is shown with only one patch.
- The fire inside the Fireside Girls' lodge is not enclosed and it would've burned the lodge from inside.
The Bully Code
- When Monogram is briefing Agent P, the second and third surveillance pictures bear the same recording time, 12:01:03. This means that the events occur at the same time, which is impossible as the camera is accurate to the second, and it records the same entrance. Also, the blue and yellow cars present in picture two do not appear in picture three.
- When Stacy first takes a picture of Candace, while the screen of the phone is facing Stacy, it shows a particular picture. But when Candace is looking at the picture, it is a different picture.
- When Stacy wonders what the buttons are for, Candace's legs are in an impossible position.
- In the credits, Dee Bradley Baker is absent.
Finding Mary McGuffin
- When the lobster trap falls on Perry it opened and closed from the bottom. When Doofenshmirtz was accidentally opening and closing the trap, it opened from the top.
- When Phineas and Ferb are talking to Vanessa's mother, Ferb's left eye is larger.
- When Ferb packs up the interrogation scene in the Labcoat Emporium, the table and chair folds with it, yet when he packs up the interrogation scene after questioning Vanessa's mother, they remain unfolded.
- When Doofenshmirtz said he didn't understand why the lobster trap came free with the inator, surely he would have noticed the cable connecting the two of them when he bought it.
- When Vanessa sings, "... at my recital you clapped louder than you should", as the flashback shows her as a kid on stage, the Pinhead Pierre actress is also shown, even though she is also shown as a kid in the present.
- When Candace enters the Phineas and Ferb Detective room, there are eleven blinds visible. A few seconds later, there are only six visible.
- Vanessa calls the Mary McGuffin doll a "piece of plastic", even though it is a plush doll.
- In the credits, Dee Bradley Baker is absent.
Picture This
- When Phineas and Ferb rotate the garage, how are they able to rotate the door as well? The entire house should have flipped with it.
- When Perry gets transported, the machine transports his hat even though it wasn't in the picture. In addition, when Linda gets transported, the picture of her was not only cut off, but it also transported her blindfold even though it wasn't in the picture as well. (Perhaps the machine transports items on an object as well as the object itself.)
- When the apple in Buford's hair got transported to the photo-transporter, he says "nice buzz cut" but after he got transported with the fly his hair had grown back.
- When Buford finishes saying, "I'm complex, really. I'm like an onion," his mouth is closed, but as Ferb takes a picture of him with the fly, his mouth is opened.
- The keypad of the photo-transporter must be a keyboard, not piano keys.
- During the song, it states that they dance lambada, though lambada is a dance that is in Brazil, not Mexico.
- When the transporter explodes, if you look closely, you can see Candace lying on Linda with her eyes open, proving she's seeing it disappear, but in the next shot, Candace is sitting on Linda with her eyes closed.
- When Linda says "Where is the piñata?", her mouth doesn't move.
- Candace took the photo of Linda from her right, but apparently, the picture's angle itself is taken from the latter's front.
- Isabella mysteriously disappears the second time Linda is chasing everyone.
- When Candace is running from Linda, part of her hands cuts off.
- The event Linda attends is the Mexican-Jewish Cultural Festival, but earlier she addressed it as the "Mexican-Jewish Cultural Fair".
- In some prints of the English version of the episode, Perry makes the deeper chattering noise that he makes in foreign dubs. The reason as to why is unknown.
- When the transporter explodes, there should have been a scorch on the ground where it stood.
Nerdy Dancin'
- When Jeremy and Phineas pulled Ferb up after showing his dance, if you concentrate on Jeremy, his body (except his legs) becomes smaller and then bigger.
- The overall size of Jeremy's body changes rapidly when he and Phineas help Ferb up out of his split.
- When Ferb first demonstrates the Dance-o-tron, he spins, but Jeremy does not; since he's supposed to mimic Ferb's moves when using the Dance-o-tron exoskeleton. (No device is readily visible to indicate how Ferb is being selective in transmitting motion commands to Jeremy's exoskeleton.)
- When Doofenshmirtz traps Perry, the laser moving up Perry's trap has almost reached him and is moving quickly, but when the scene changes and shows Doofenshmirtz climbing onto Norm's back and goes back to Perry, the laser has moved backwards and is closer to the edge of the platform and moving more slowly.
- Dana and Candace are not seen being eliminated from the dance show.
- The first woman eliminated was eliminated again, the second time swinging her arms and bouncing her legs.
- At the end, when Ferb moonwalks up the pole, his larger eye is in front and the smaller one is in the back, when usually, the smaller eye is in front and the larger one is in the back.
- When Candace tells Jeremy that they need to 'kick it up a notch', Jeremy looks at Ferb, who then gives him the thumbs up. However, when Ferb gives him the thumbs up, Jeremy, despite being controlled by Ferb, does not. He just continues dancing.
- Phineas is nowhere to be seen whenever Ferb is dancing in the studio.
- When a contestant's spotlight goes out, they are lit like it's dark. However, when the dancers run onstage, they stay lit like it's daytime, even when out of the spotlights.
What Do It Do?
- On the drive-in date flashback, Doofenshmirtz's white disco coat turns green when he gets in the car, but goes back to white when the scene changes to the outside POV (when Linda tells him to get the car speaker).
- As Doofenshmirtz's flashback ends, his mouth does not move when he says "And I never saw her again."
- They said Isabella was dressed as a Belly Dancer. But she actually was a Hula Dancer.
- When Isabella was dressed as a Hula Dancer, she had no bellybutton.
- In the first scene, when Lawrence was giving a bird house, before he pressed the button it has a pole for the birds to stand on. But when he pressed the button and it opened and pressed it again it closes and doesn't have the pole anymore.
- Technically, Zanzibar's hit should've been spelled as "What Does It Do?" instead of "What Do It Do?"
- The Roswell UFO incident took place in 1947, not the 1950s.
- When Linda says "Nobody touches it", a black line can be seen going across the bottom of her neck.
- In the credits, Dee Bradley Baker is absent.
Atlantis
- When everyone is at the beach, the ball that the girl and the boy are tossing to each other disappears when it leaves their hands and reappears when they catch it.
- The Titanic got shown to have its mast upright along with the steam poles and in one piece, but the mast should instead be lying on the bridge of the ship, the stern should instead be disconnected, and the smokestacks cannot be connected to the ship at all. Also, Titanic gets shown intact in one piece, while in actuality, she is in two pieces. Only the ship's hull is correct as it's unpainted as the water has washed the paint away.
- The gang would have to go way deeper in the water than that to find the Titanic and the other underwater objects, including Atlantis.
- When Carl removes the fake mustache, his eyelids turn to the color of his skin. Normally, they are the same color of his glasses' lens.
- The Titanic and Amelia Earhart's plane should've been in two different oceans, the Atlantic and Pacific, respectively.
- When Isabella says "Who wants to play volleyball?", her mouth doesn't move when she says the word "volleyball".
- When Irving is "taking photos", his thumb is not in front of the "lens", but later on, he says he had his thumb in front of the "lens" the entire time.
- In the credits, Dee Bradley Baker is absent.
Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation!
- After Candace ends her phone call with her mother, she pokes her head into the hallway and sees Phineas and Ferb's bedroom door, down on her left. This shouldn't be possible, as Candace's bedroom window faces the backyard (as evidenced on numerous occasions, such as in "Jerk De Soleil", "Fireside Girl Jamboree", "Candace Disconnected", and "Wizard of Odd"), while the boys' room overlooks the front yard (later shown when they land their rocket-powered dual toboggan). Furthermore, the boys' bedroom window is placed directly across from their door, as is the case with Candace. This would make it impossible that the kids' rooms are side by side, as they would have to have windows facing the same direction, or windows that look out the sides of the house, instead of in the front and the back. Going by that evidence, their rooms would have to be directly across the hall, not beside each other. This could also be that she might have moved rooms.
- Even though this episode takes place after the summer, it is referenced to in the movie. The dual toboggans and Santa's sleigh appeared in the fight, and the movie most likely happened in the summer before. Although, the movie may be in a different summer or because this episode aired before the movie.
- "What A Croc", "Cheers for Fears" and "The Klimpaloon Ultimatum" also have evidence that the entire series is not restricted to a single summer.
- In some scenes of this special, Phineas is taller than Isabella (such as the scene where the two are singing "Danville for Niceness"). Though this is inconsistent throughout the episode, it could suggest that Phineas had a growth spurt after the summer where the rest of the series takes place, which is highly likely considering his age.
- When we see the O.W.C.A Christmas party, we hear conversations in the background. This is impossible since the animals can't talk.
- When Baljeet pushes the present through the cannon a red bow appeared but when he crashed through the chimney it is gone.
- When Santa says "May I do the honors?", Isabella's hair outline is over her body.
- During Monogram's briefing, when the screen is zoomed in, the MM on his uniform is present. But when it is zoomed put, the MM sign is cut off. This repeats multiple times during the briefing.
- Phineas, Ferb and their friends are on the platform above their house when Ferb shows them the newspaper, but in the next scene they are outside the backyard, their friends are gone, and Candace has appeared next to them.
- Doofenshmirtz says he hate kittens, despite him being seen to have liked a kitten before ("Spa Day").
- The newspaper is a "morning newspaper", even though it is night and the headlines had not happened on the day before.
- When Phineas and Ferb are talking about thanking Santa on their rooftop by the rest stop, Isabella says she wrote to Santa. Later she admits she doesn't celebrate Christmas, but had eight straight days of dreams come true for Hanukkah. It is posteriously disclosed that she celebrates both Hanukkah and Christmas in December.
- Phineas is the only person in Danville shown to get his letter back from Santa Claus, yet when Santa is on the roof of Phineas and Ferb's and has just come out of the rest stop, he takes Phineas' letter out and reads it.
- When Phineas is describing the rest stop he mentions an elliptical machine. However, the only exercise machine is a recumbent bike trainer.
- During the O.W.C.A. party, when Carl gives Perry his Secret Santa gift, there's a bear agent standing behind him. After he gives it to him, and the camera zooms in on him and Monogram, it's gone. However, when Monogram's watch goes off, it's back.
- During the song "I Really Don't Hate Christmas", when Dr. Doofenshmirtz sings the line "From the Evil Scientist Community" the picture of the scientists is in color, but when it zoomed out it's turned black and white.
- When Candace is singing "What Does He Want?", her bedroom is decorated with Christmas lights, but in every scene before the bedroom isn't decorated.
- In the scene where Linda receives her Lindana t-shirt, the sky changes colors out the window.
- In "Danville for Niceness", a majority of the background characters are not really moving and singing, in an attempt of reusing animation.
- There's two errors during the song "Where Did We Go Wrong?".
- When the song starts, Phineas has mittens by the bed he is on, but when the group leaves the mall, he is not wearing them.
- When Candace pushes over the lawn gnome, her hand disappears for a brief second.
- In the credits, Greg Guler's surname is misspelled as "Gulerme".
Just Passing Through
- In reality, if they had scrambled all their molecules, they would have fallen straight to the Earth's core. Of course that's assuming they wouldn't be affected by the mass of the Earth and, therefore, its gravity. In which case, they wouldn't be able to push off the ground let alone breathe.
- It could be that the device is somehow selective of how they pass through things, which would eliminate the dangers of falling into the core and suffocating to death.
- Doofenshmirtz's eye in the image on Perry's monitor moves to the right when Major Monogram explains the image.
- While the kids are falling through the floor, Buford has no eyebrows.
- Despite finding and delivering the gold guitar pick being the motivation for creating the molecular scrambler, and Linda's comment, "I just hate playing without it", when the Free-Form Jazz Band finally performs, Linda strums her guitar open hand.
Candace's Big Day
- Candace tells Linda and Tiana to get up-dos and French manicures, but in the wedding, their hair is not tied up at all. Tiana wears a veil with her hair down.
- After Candace puts on her bridesmaid outfit, she has two eyelashes. Later in the episode, she had only one eyelash, however this was probably done on purpose to exaggerate her wedding plans breakdown.
- While Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc. is seen on screen, the little pole in the middle is gone, but several shots later, the pole is shown agian.
- When Isabella greets Candace "Hi, Candace!", her mouth doesn't move when she says "hi".
- When Candace tells the boys what shouldn't they do, Ferb's shirt's button isn't colored in.
- When Isabella jumps from the helicopter, she is wearing her Fireside Girls uniform, yet when she slides down the ice sculpture with Ginger, she is wearing her signature look, but when "Wedding Adventure" plays, she yet seen again in her uniform, but when "Hamster-chasing" is said, she is seen again in her regular clothes, then when "Your marriage is the adventure of your life" is sung, she is seen in her Fireside Girl clothes yet again.
- Before Candace rushes to call the delivery man to give a complain about the wedding cake, she is first seen front of the kitchen door, next to the cake box. However, when she runs towards the fence to rush after the delivery man, before she take a look of her reflection on the window, she is seen running from the sliding door.
- When the camera zooms in on Doofenshmirtz's hand holding the oil-coated broccoli, his hand is its usual pale color, but when the camera zooms out, it's green again.
- In some shots, the signs that say "Corn Syrup" and "Coconut Oil" are gray instead of yellow.
- Before Doofenshmirtz falls asleep you can see part of his body but when he wakes up you can't.
- During Wedding Adventure, while Isabella is bungee-jumping, her top is all orange instead of orange and white, like in "At the Car Wash".
- When Linda turns before she walks off to check on Lawrence and Bob, her white shirt turns transparent for a split second.
- When Doofenshmirtz surprised Perry in the elevator, Perry's reflection flinched before he did.
I Was a Middle Aged Robot
- Carl built a "Perry robot" the size of Perry, but no one can operate it from the inside because it is too small, making it hard for anyone to fit inside; he should have realized that before he built it. (Unless they either put an agent even smaller than Perry inside or the machine is remote-controlled.)
- When Phineas was bouncing in the 360 degree fun bounce his head went through the wall at one point. (Although this may be intended because there can be wrinkles seen as Phineas jumps through, as if the wall stretched so Phineas can go through.)
- When Major Monogram puts Perry into the Lawrence robot, Perry is as wide as the robot. Yet when showing the controls inside, the robot is wider.
- Isabella brings every Fireside Girls except Milly to help but then, Milly appears out of nowhere when the girls say "Charge!".
- When the girls are sliding down the ladder blimp, Ginger isn't shown with them.
- Thus, while the girls are chanting "Bubble Gum", the new Fireside Girls appear out of nowhere, too.
- The two new Fireside Girls appears alongside the regular members when they chant "Bubble Gum". However, in the next shot, only the six regular members are appear cheering with pom-poms.
- The second time Candace and Lawrence were seen hopping in the sack, Candace's shirt is white.
- Ferb somehow disappears at the near end of the episode after he was seen raising a flag to cheer for Candace and Lawrence.
- During the tug of war contest, on the left side, team number 8's daughter isn't present; on the right side, team number 4 members are all missing. Hence, the contest becomes not balanced in terms of participant numbers, at least for Candace's side.
- At the beginning of the sack race there are multiple mis-pairings of father daughter teams. Most notably, Pinhead Pierre actress (who was earlier on team 8) is wearing number 3 and paired with dad number 3, while another girl is wearing an 8 and paired with father number 8.
- When Ferb sings his line during the sack race, Adyson's mouth has the same color as her skin at one frame.
- At the end of the sack race, Pinhead Pierre actress is seen cheering from the sideline with two women instead of being in the race.
- When Perry first makes the Lawrence bot talk, the robot starts talking before Perry even types.
- When Perry is getting into the Lawrence bot, the robot's eyes are open but become closed when the robot seals up.
- When Lawrence falls into the memory eraser, it says 5 percent completed, but the images only show earlier that day. That would mean that that one day was 5 percent of Lawrence's life, which isn't true.
- Balthazar appears to be a threat for Perry's secret identity, although later in "Happy Birthday, Isabella", he is technically does not required to remove his memory, since he isn't the owner of Perry. However, since Balthazar frequently joins Phineas and Ferb's projects, it is probably to prevent him to blow up Perry's secret identity to them.
- During the sack race, some spectators are seen again in different locations despite Candace and Lawrence had already brush past them before.
Suddenly Suzy
- When Phineas asks his friends about making a trial run on the Niagara Falls, Buford's shorts turn black instead of brown.
- Buford put his gum on the side of the Niagara Falls hose, but when Dr. Doofenshmirtz picks it up with his giant carbon foot it's on top of the hose.
- When Doofenshmirtz hits Niagara Falls, it should have been crushed, because earlier in the episode, Ferb throws a rock all the way to the top of it, then Phineas says, "...Even though I know that's paper-mache, that's still an impressive throw."
- Candace is wearing a protective suit when Suzy arrives to the house, but when Suzy's asking her to make paper dolls, she's back in her normal clothes.
- When Suzy drinks her lemonade, the lemonade didn't get less.
- Though the Nagging Wife mentions to her husband that he walked away from a "profitable miniature golf franchise" (seen in "Put That Putter Away"), he is clearly not exactly the same person as seen in that episode (having gone from an Irish-Scottish appearance to a plainer-looking man in glasses). She may be referring to an opportunity to invest with the Irish-Scottish owner in Little Duffer's that he declined.
- When Perry drives the truck, the camera faces on its feet and when the camera faces Perry slowly, Perry's hat is not the fedora but the worker's hat that he didn't wear at first.
- Perry shouldn't be able to get sunburn, because he's got fur.
- When Perry sticks his arm back in the banana truck, his sunburn is gone.
- When Doofenshmirtz hits the Banana smoosh with the carbon footprint, Perry is driving the truck. A few seconds later, when everyone walks into the backyard, Perry is already there.
- After Phineas and Ferb ride Niagara Falls, they were soaked. However, when mom got home a few seconds later, they were completely dry.
- When Suzy says "If he's not here, I'm off the clock," her foot overlaps the wall.
Undercover Carl
- Doofenshmirtz's tongue starts off blue, but then it stays red for the rest of the episode.
- When the truck takes away the launchinator it is seen gray, but when Doofenshmirtz is running past the Flynn-Fletcher house, the -inator is red.
- When Major Monogram shows Perry the map about the possible whereabouts of Agent G, if examined closely on the map, Guatemala is not colored, France, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands all do not have border lines, and the English Strait is missing.
- It is impossible for Carl to disguise himself as a bunny because the bunny is so small, but it could be possible that it's a robot or a bunny named Carl.
- When the gang starts to levitate, they are initially seen playing frisbee; yet, when Carl is seen throwing the frisbee away, no one is seemingly trying to catch it, and the frisbee eventually disappears.
- When Doofenshmirtz passes the Flynn-Fletcher's house, he trips over a can in front of the house and has already passed the driveway. Judging by the place he ends up falling on, Doofenshmirtz should not be able to see Phineas and Ferb's Anti-Gravity Launcher because it is located in the rear of the house, yet Doofenshmirtz is shown to end up falling in front of the driveway, thus the launcher is visible from his view.
- When Perry is wearing his spacesuit, his eyes are blue instead of brown.
- Carl's cap goes through Phineas and Ferb when they're levitating.
- When Doofenshmirtz says that the invention is now his (because he changed the name), he shows the blueprint to the audience. He flips it, so the blueprint should've been upside down when he looked at it.
- Carl's communication watch appears and disappears throughout the episode.
- When Major Monogram says "abort mission" as the ambush troops leaves the house, the tree has moved closer to the house.
- When Phineas is communicating with Baljeet via telephone, Ferb's button on his clothes disappears.
- Carl's recording of Phineas has him saying, "Ferb, I know what we're gonna do today", but Phineas did not say "Ferb" before it.
Hip Hip Parade
- If an object is duplicated eight times, it is actually being multiplied by , not eight times like Doofenshmirtz said. Therefore, it would have been 256 times the stuff. He should have said "It clones anything eight times". In the Spanish version, this is corrected.
- When Ferb drills into the road, he uses a saw blade, but when he emerges, he uses a drill.
- Also, his hair turns slightly brown during that moment.
- The doorknob from Perry's trap switches sides when Doofenshmirtz goes to answer it.
- During the song Tri-State Area Unification Day, no one is seen playing guitar, though two are heard. The background could be a bass, but there is still is a main guitar heard.
- If you look closely at the title card, there are no quotation marks.
- When Candace goes to check that Phineas and Ferb are doing nothing, she closes the glass door, but when they zoom back to the backyard, the glass door is open.
- When Candace is trying to get Linda to look behind at the restaurant, there is a transparent man in the back.
- When the parade is turning into the junkyard, the John P. Trystate float is second, Isabella third, and Phineas & Ferb fouare rth, but when they are walking through it, Phineas & Ferb are second, John P. Trystate is third, and Isabella is last.
- When Linda calls Candace, she has a shoulder bag, but when they get in the car, her shoulder bag disappears until the end credits scene. Also, during the credits scene, Candace suddenly gains a shoulder bag out of nowhere, despite not wearing one throughout the episode.
- When Baljeet told the man to let go of the balloons, he should've floated up in the air with all of the balloons he was holding, or he was just heavy.
- During the restaurant scene, all of the floats have passed behind Linda except the Phineas and Ferb float, but whenever the camera cuts to Linda as she tries to turn around, the Phineas and Ferb float somehow teleports to the beginning of the window before going past Linda again, only disappearing completely when she does turn around. Judging by the floats' movement, they should have disappeared completely when Candace was trying to resist.
Invasion of the Ferb Snatchers
- As Perry breathes when he is sleeping, he breathes normal but after he moves, he breathes in the other position but on the next scene, he breathes normal again.
- When Candace and Phineas are talking outside his room, the sign on the door says "P&F's ROOH". When she drops the laundry off inside, "room" is spelled correctly.
- Candace is only shown taking one photo during the song, but she shows five photos to Phineas when trying to prove that Ferb is an alien. In the other four scenes depicted she either ran away or collected a different form of evidence.
- Technically, Ferb's torso is normal sized for his body. He just wears high pants.
- After Dr. Doofenshmirtz swallows the smallest package, unwraps it and bloats up, he is still bloated when he spits out the chair. Though the chair was the only thing that was in the smallest package.
- At the end, the launch pad is wrapped in a box but when Candace shows mom the backyard, the box is gone. Linda also should've seen it.
- When Candace walks to greet the real Linda, she says she has frozens, though she really had an appointment.
- The launch pad can be easily seen from the driveway but somehow Linda didn't notice it.
Ain't No Kiddie Ride
- When Phineas and Ferb come out of the store, and Phineas says "Well, we do have that signature look," on the word "Well" his hair jumps out of the head.
- When Buford puts the quarter in the kiddie ride, he doesn't push the red button but the kiddie ride launches.
- When Buford flies into space, it seems that he departed from the Indian Ocean, near Africa. But really, it should from be North America.
- Had his plan gone through, Doofenshmirtz's name would actually be spelled backwards.
- Buford is able to breathe in space even though you need a spacesuit to breathe in space.
- When the kiddie rides were getting switched with new ones, only the rocket got switched before the truck drives away.
- At the end of this episode, Perry appears next to Phineas, Ferb, Isabella and Buford. When they see the kiddie rides getting replaced with the new ones, Perry was gone.
- At the end of the episode, when Phineas, Ferb, Isabella, and Buford are leaving, Phineas says "That's what you said about the kiddie rides." to Buford, but his mouth is not moving when he says it.
- When the kids are chasing Candace in kiddie rides and Baljeet's ride, and later Candace's ride needs more quarters, they yell to Phineas, but Phineas responds with a Walkie-Talkie. Baljeet doesn't have a Walkie-Talkie, nor does Candace.
- In Doofenshmirtz's explanation he wants to remove the ozone to spell his name. But when it shows the image on the ground the area around the letters is on fire instead of the area inside the letters which had the ozone removed from it.
- When the kids return the kiddie rides, all the other rides besides the rocket disappear for the rest of the episode in the following scene.
- When Candace first sees the tricked out kiddie rides, she decides to stay with them in case they disappear, but in the end she leaves to get Mom as usual and doesn't bother to stay with them.
Not Phineas and Ferb
- The Sphinx doesn't have a nose, but it does in this episode.
- Just with a hook, Doofenshmirtz could not have hooked onto any of the buildings.
- When Irving passes the projector's light, the rays should've been blocked by him and lighten him up.
- When Albert says "They're building live in person", his trousers turn black.
- Apparently, the cars are seen driving on the left side instead of the right as they normally do in the U.S., and Linda and Irving's mom parks at the exact opposite sides of the street, but when the camera zooms on Mrs. Tjinder and Biffany, both cars are seen placed a bit backwards than their previous positions.
- Doofenshmirtz sets the soda down in the box, but in the next scene with him, the soda is gone.
- It is revealed here that Candace has seven people in her contacts, and she also might have more, as seen in "Unfair Science Fair Redux (Another Story)", but in the episode "The Lemonade Stand", Candace only has four people in her contacts (after she deletes Buford). She has either deleted a few before that episode, or it is possible that "The Lemonade Stand" takes place after the other two said episodes.
- When Baljeet, in his disguise, moved his head when Buford was saying that the Eiffel Tower is Mexican, the disguise's eyes blinked, which is impossible to do.
- When Phineas and Ferb go to the backyard and approaches the stick building, the stick building's height is seen as tall as Phineas' neck, but when Phineas asks Candace if she was building the structure, the structure's height becomes taller than Phineas' height.
Phineas and Ferb-Busters!
- Norm says that he runs on squirrel power, but in other episodes he has been shown with different power sources: oil, batteries, and an on/off switch. ("Traffic Cam Caper", "At the Car Wash", and "Greece Lightning", respectively.)
- Related to this is that when Norm stated that he ran on squirrel power, he opened up his chest cavity to reveal a squirrel running on a squirrel wheel. However, Agent P was able fit into a miniature control room in Norm's chest area. Both the squirrel wheel and the control room could not have fit in there ("Traffic Cam Caper").
- When Baljeet ejects from his top you can see that his top has two buttons while everyone else tops only have one eject button.
- When the Spinning tops flew away, the spinning top of Isabella is violet instead of pink.
- Linda said she was gonna check on her roast even though that was right when she got home.
- When the robot reveals its face, for the first time, the sleeves on Perry's straitjacket are missing thus revealing his arms.
- When Isabella showed her sash to Candace, the diamond-shaped patch under the Mountain Moving patch was orange. Usually, the diamond patch is teal.
- When Candace, Stacy and Jenny are talking to Linda, Jenny's belt buckle changes color.
- Stacy and Jenny's headsets get affected by the radiation, but for some reason Candace's does not, despite being nearby when Buford turned up the battery device.
The Lizard Whisperer
- When Candace tells Linda, the giant footprint is present, but somehow they both do not see it.
- Jeremy mentions that Phineas and Ferb have a pet platypus, Perry, that does not do much. However, later on, Perry is seen, and Doofenshmirtz says "Curse you, Perry the Platypus!", as he smashes his guitar. Jeremy does not see or hear any of this as Perry being a secret agent, although he might have thought that Perry's name was just a coincidence.
- In "Attack of the 50 Foot Sister", Candace is 50 ft. and takes many steps to get to the top of Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated. But in this episode, Steve is only 40 feet tall, but he can reach the top of the building without steps (or jumping/tippy-toes).
- Chameleons are not native to America. There is a species of lizard mistakenly called the "American Chameleon", but it doesn't look like Steve.
- However, some species of chameleon, such as the veiled chameleons, are invasive species in some parts of the United States, like Florida.
- Technically, when Perry turned the music around, the music should be high-pitched, not reversed.
- When Phineas says, "Hi there, little guy", Ferb's frozen yogurt is gone, and Phineas and Ferb do not hold their spoons anymore.
- Sound cannot travel in space, so the aliens would not have been able to hear Doofenshmirtz' music. Although, considering everything else that happens on the show, physics may not be a real issue here.
- When Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella are looking for Steve's footprint in the alley, they are bright. Later on, when Steve's body materializes from his camouflage, they are shaded, but when Phineas and Isabella runs, they are lit again.
- When Phineas and Isabella were hiding from the rampaging "dinosaur", which appears to be Steve, Phineas' stripe is missing for a second.
- During Ferb's speech:
- When Ferb finishes his speech, everybody is cheering for him, including the person from the truck. The person has his window opened, but when the police ask Phineas and Ferb the specific description of Steve, the truck's window is closed.
- As Ferb finishes his speech, in the next scene, Doofenshmirtz' omni-directional amp goes up, but in the next scene, where his amp is going up, as Perry arrives, his amp is still going up.
- Before Ferb starts his speech, there are no traffic lights or lamp posts at the crossroads, but later on, the traffic lights and the lamp posts are there.
- When the civilians approach Ferb, Balthazar (one of the known extras) isn't the one who joins Ferb's speech, but when the scene is zoomed in, he appears out of nowhere.
- When Steve leaves the backyard, his toes are pointing to the left. However, when Phineas and Ferb are on the footstep, Steve's toes are pointing to the right.
- Doof's guitar is not plugged in.
- On the Union Jack on the van behind Ferb, the diagonal red stripes on the right should be near the tops of the white diagonals, not the bottoms.
- When Phineas "calls" the Steves from across the street, some of the Steves are looking in the wrong direction.
Robot Rodeo
- When L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. members are first seen in the Inator Creator Contest, as the camera shifts over to the right, several members that are seen in the fair simultaneously disappears.
- When Stacy is telling Dr. Hirano about how responsible Candace is, her bracelets are rings then beads and in the next scene it's back to beads then rings.
- When the cows run out of the backyard, dragging the stage with them, there should be people on the stage. However, no one is seen, and yet none remains in the ground either.
- During Robot Rodeo, Gretchen's tongue is disconnected from her mouth.
- Rodney, along with the other evil scientists, builds an "inator", but in "A Real Boy" and "Bullseye!" uses the suffix "izer" for his inventions.
- Which also makes Doofenshmirtz inator's name wrong: It should have been "Eradicate-Rodney's-Izer Inator", not "Eradicate-Rodney's-Inator Inator". However, he might have not known that Rodney makes "Izers".
The Beak
- When Linda is getting her root canal, the dentist's tool is in her mouth. But when she talks, it does not move.
- The Beak passes Candace on her way home. The rockets' trail of smoke took a bit too long to dissipate into the air.
- When Isabella asks Phineas and Ferb if they can help finding who The Beak is, the newspaper she's holding turns white instead of gray with writing and a picture on it.
- Isabella's newspaper has the vertical fold on the right, which is highly unusual for an English language newspaper. It looks as if the title page is on the very back of the newspaper.
- When Isabella says "What is that?" the "PRESS" paper on her fedora is on the right side instead of the left.
- Candace could not have created the "D" on her shirt along with the suit without pasting it.
- When Phineas leaves The Beak suit, and Ferb is controlling it to stop the falling billboard, Phineas's head can still be seen in the suit.
- When the billboard is falling you can see the director ("Lights, Candace, Action!") as part of the screaming crowd, but when Ferb, in The Beak suit, saves them, it shows somebody similar, but it isn't him.
- This episode shows that Phineas has a cell phone of his own, but in "Suddenly Suzy" he asks Candace if he could borrow her phone to call Mom. Since this episode takes place after "Suddenly Suzy" so it could be possible that Phineas got a phone after that episode. Phineas also has a phone in "Dude, We're Getting the Band Back Together" and "Journey to the Center of Candace".
- When Phineas and Ferb enter the egg, a chair can be seen, and they sit on it and enter the Nest. But when Phineas cracks the egg with his nose and in the next frame, there is no chair inside the egg.
- Isabella has an aqua blue phone in this episode but in "Dude, We're Getting the Band Back Together" she has a purple one.
- It is possible that she got a new phone sometime between the two episodes.
- On the voting page in the "Bust It Up" category for "Disney Channel's Shake It Up New Year's", this show is mistitled "The Break".
- If Major Monogram has a fake mustache and hair ("Unfair Science Fair", "Perry Lays an Egg", "I Was a Middle Aged Robot"), he could've just taken them off when he dressed like a woman.
- Their secret lair "The Nest" is in the tree, but one of Perry's secret tunnels is also in the tree. Although it is possible that they removed it when it was found.
- In the closed captioning of this episode, when Candace sarcastically tells Isabella "You just earned your 'Uh, durrr' Patch", the captioning reads "You just earned your 'Ah, duh' Patch".
- As the bait bucket is being poured out, one of the would be victims is wearing a plain purple sweater, but as the bait is being vacuumed up her sweater has a picture of a cat on the front (which is how it usually appears when you see her in other episodes).
- Isabella takes off her bike helmet without even undoing the cord under her chin.
- The second time you see the bike with the helmet hanging on it, the kickstand is missing.
- When Candace is the Dangeraffe, she has a different skin tone on her right leg.
- When Ferb is trying to operate the suit by himself without Phineas, Phineas's head is shown in the suit.
- When Phineas, Ferb and Isabella walk home, Candace and Isabella are in front of them and they are on the sidewalk as they leave. But in the next shot, they are walking on the street, and Candace and Linda are nowhere to be seen, indicating a jump cut. Also, the people walking behind them change.
- In the credits, Dee Bradley Baker is absent.
She's the Mayor
- In the opening scene, the man next to Linda's lips are dark brown, at first. They then change to pink later in the scene, and finally they change to be the same color as his skin.
- Candace and her bodyguard refer to the house as "the Flynn household", not its true title of "Flynn-Fletcher household". Also, Lawrence and Linda are called "Mr. and Mrs. Flynn", though they should be addressed as "Mrs. Flynn-Fletcher" and "Mr. Fletcher" respectively. Isabella made a similar mistake in "Candace Loses Her Head" and "Hip Hip Parade", when she calls Linda "Mrs. Fletcher". Jeremy also did this in "Atlantis". Isabella also says "Nice hat, Mr. Flynn". in the episode "Greece Lightning". Linda is also mistakenly addressed as "Mrs. Flynn" in a few other episodes.
- The "bowl of mints" is actually a bowl of jellybeans.
- During Ordinary Day, when Candace and Stacy are trying on clothes, Stacy's reflection has a belt buckle but Stacy herself doesn't.
- When Stacy says "Oh brother, I busted my pencil", Stacy isn't using a pencil, she's using a pen.
- When Candace says "Everything should be pretty", the city hall building is normal-colored, however when the camera zooms out, the whole building is colored in pink.
- In the scene where Linda and Lawrence are in the cab, the name of the paper on Lawrence's paper is colored in black, however in the next scene in the cab, the name of the paper is now colored in blue, as it will stay throughout the episode.
- When Phineas says "That's the spirit, Ferb", his lips don't move when he says "Ferb".
- During the close up of Phineas and Ferb getting busted, we see Linda's shadow but not Candace's.
- There are several references to "today" and "this morning" and, indeed Candace is "Mayor for a Day", but she is only announced as the winner of the contest at 1:00 (according to the town hall clock). Since this happens in daylight it can only be 1pm, so technically, Candace is mayor for less than half a day.
The Lemonade Stand
- During the song A Better Best Friend, two of the P&F Lemonade pictures have Phineas with green hair.
- The boy in the dark green shirt and the boy in the orange shirt with white stripes (not Phineas) are seen when Phineas and Ferb announce they're out of lemonade, and Buford's stand when they're out.
- When Stacy leans against the door in the scene where they're breaking up, her bracelet turns dark green for the whole time she does it.
- When Candace is saying "They're using protracters!", they were actually using compasses.
- In Phineas and Ferb's line there's two of the same kid in the line with a green shirt and a black puffy hair. One in the back and front.
- This episode shows that Doofenshmirtz does not recognize Perry without his fedora, even when he wears it along with his plumber belt. However, in several episodes ("It's About Time!", "I Scream, You Scream", "The Remains of the Platypus") shows Doofenshmirtz is able to recognize Perry without fedora.
- When Perry takes off his plumber hat, he has a hair. When he's about to put on his fedora, his hair is missing.
- When Buford is talking to Candace about friends, he says that Biff is yellow and scaly, Biff is really orange and scaly.
- Also, one of Buford's teeth turn yellow-ish green.
- When Candace was flipping through her contacts on her phone, she flips through her contacts multiple times and then it said 'No more contacts', when she should have gone through them once, and it would then say 'No more contacts'.
- Candace's phone only shows four contacts (after she deletes Buford). However, in "Unfair Science Fair Redux (Another Story)", Candace has many more contacts in her phone shown as she tries to find someone to hang out with. Also, in "Not Phineas and Ferb" it is shown that Candace actually had Mrs. Tjinder, Biffany, and Mrs. Du Bois as well. This could be explained if Candace had already deleted most of her contacts on her phone.
- Doofenshmirtz's mouth doesn't move when he says "paper fight!"
- When Perry escapes Doofenshmirtz lab, there is no Phineas and Ferb's giant lemonade robot on the view of Danville. Their backyard is empty.
- When they are closing down and it shows the long line of stores, all of the signs have Phineas with green hair, not red.
- The paper that cut the lemon juice machine couldn't have been able to cut through the machine since it is made of metal and paper can't cut metal.
Phineas and Ferb Hawaiian Vacation
- Phineas asks Ferb where Perry is, but they don't go back to see if Perry is still there.
- All animals entering the state of Hawaii must undergo a period of quarantine. It is unlikely that Perry would have been allowed into the state at all. However, since they went to Hawaii in the first place at Perry's sign, O.W.C.A. could've gotten him past the quarantine.
- In Part II, after Candace slammed into a window where a couple was wondering if they should be together, the unknown man decided to break up with the unknown woman. During this scene, part of the unknown woman's hand is missing.
- In Part II, when Candace falls inside a water tub, she wears her trademark clothes, but when she resurfaces she wears her Hawaiian clothes.
- During Bad Luck, when Candace looks into the bat-infested cave, the "bad luck" charm is missing and when she was irritated obythe bees, she talked but her mouth was still closed.
- In Part II, when Candace is about to leave to go to the top of the volcano, the "bad luck" charm is not on its chain.
- In Part II, when Candace is about to pull herself up to see the top of the volcano, she is clean; however, when she pulls herself up and looks at the top of the volcano, she is dirty.
- When Dr. Doofenshmirtz accidentally transforms himself into a single-celled organism, he is much bigger than a real single-celled organism, as real ones are supposed to be microscopic (thus cannot be seen with the naked eye), and the Doofenshmirtz microbe is about the same size as a goldfish, meaning he can be seen with the naked eye. Technically, it is possible that it was done so that it would be easier to see him.
- When Doofenshmirtz gets turned into a single-celled organism, he asks himself how he is going to drive home. The problem here is that Danville is on the mainland, so it is not possible to drive from there to Hawaii. Then again, he could have been driving underwater.
- When Doofenshmirtz is transformed into a single cell organism he is not truly a single -ell organism because he has eyes, a nose, a mouth, ears, hair, and can talk.
- The growth elixir from "Attack of the 50 Foot Sister" is said to work only once, and at the end of the episode, Doofenshmirtz used it on the entire universe. But in this episode, it works on the A-Primes. Then again, it could be a different growth elixir.
- The Maori word "tiki" is not Hawaiian. All the islands of Polynesia have a distinct language, belief system, and culture. The correct term for the figure in this show should be the Hawaiian one, which is "ki'i".
- Because the Hawaiian chain was formed by a "hot spot" and the movement of the plates, there should be only one island with a volcano, which is now on the Big Island. This is because the hot spot is still under that island and no other.
- Ferb states he smells magma; this is technically wrong because molten rock is called magma when in the Earth's core but is called lava outside.
- The guy who sits on Candace was previously seen at the relaxation exercise, but when Candace falls into the pool, he is sitting on a bench.
- Doofenshmirtz states that there was a smear on the lens, but there was never any smear on the lens at all. Then again, it could be a very small smear.
- When Doofenshmirtz is stranded on the island he grows facial hair, but he can't grow facial hair, as stated in "Crack That Whip". However, it is possible that he changed that in his genetic code.
- Wood materials won't be able to reflect sunlight.
- The waiter who drops the food on Candace inexplicably falls off to her despite he is seen safely leaning on the railing.
- When Candace is seen on the water tub, her hair is messed up, but when she says "No worries, I got my lucky charm on!", her hair turns back to normal.
- In Part II, when Phineas and Ferb run around from behind a tree after a beehive falls onto Candace, Ferb's hair can be seen through the tree.
- When Candace reaches the top of the volcano, Lawrence is wearing a green shirt with blue leaves. However, when the tiki is thrown into the volcano Lawrence is wearing a light blue shirt with blue leaves.
- As Monogram shows Agent P the tiki charm, look closely and you can see his right hand has five fingers, when really it should have four.
- In Part II; the string on the tiki snaps many time, then fixes itself.
- When Doofenshmirtz is back in his human form, he is not completely naked. Though this may have been done on purpose because this is a kid's show.
- After Candace says she wants to take a break from busting, the background changes when the camera zooms out.
- Despite being a mammal, Perry's evolutionary stages include birds, a fly, and a ceratopsian. However, it's possible the De-Evolution-Inator simply transforms animals as well as alter their evolutionary stages.
- Only one escalator is shown at the volcano's restaurant that went up, so how do the customers get back down?
Phineas and Ferb Summer Belongs to You!
- At the beginning, when Candace is talking to Stacy in their kitchen about her love for Jeremy, the sky changes colors out the window.
- When Vanessa falls off the tower, there are cars shown on the street below. However, these cars are driving on the right side of the road, even though they are in Japan, which drives on the left. This error is not made in other scenes however. Also, after she lands on the Sun-Beater 3000, the window opens differently than it did earlier.
- While Phineas and Ferb are introducing the Sun-Beater 3000, many of the characters change places. For example, when Ginger first appears, she is behind Baljeet. In another scene, she is between Holly and Buford.
- Phineas says they have 40 hours of daylight. They depart Danville, westbound, early Saturday morning shortly after 5:00 AM. This would place their observed sundown after 9:00 PM the next evening, Sunday. This could include the morning light before they depart.
- While Milly is behind Isabella, her eyes are green instead of blue. Later on, her eyes are blue again, but turn brown when the man says "Mine was the one with the unusually large front wheel." After that, they're blue again. Also, during the man's dialogue, Katie's eyes also turn blue for a second and are green again later on.
- Buford said he was not a bully until his goldfish Biff was threatened as revealed in "Voyage to the Bottom of Buford" and mentioned in "The Lemonade Stand", which does not explain why he stole bikes when he was a toddler. However, he was a toddler so he probably didn't know better.
- When Phineas was a toddler, his bike was blue, but later in the episode, his bike is red. However, this could be explained if Buford painted the bike red.
- Phineas had a bike when he was a toddler, but he wouldn't be able to ride it since he could not reach the pedals.
- The kids have had their bikes in earlier episodes before. However, this could be explained if they bought new ones. Also, somehow they got their trademark helmets from Buford's house, including Candace (which Buford never took), although this might be explained if Buford stole their helmets as well.
- After Chaka Khan makes her entrance in "I Believe We Can", Ferb's bigger eye is in the front of his face, while his smaller eye is behind it, where normally, the smaller eye would be in the front.
- When Clay Aiken and Chaka Khan fixed the Sun-Beater 3000, they used all of the packing tape. When Candace sees what the gang are doing, the tape is gone and is not seen again.
- Ferb drives the Sun-Beater 3000 toward the sunrise, meaning they fly to the east but the route on the giant map shows that they go to Tokyo first and across the Pacific Ocean, meaning they fly to the west and the sun is rising in the west. However, this could be explained if the plane was taking off into the wind, as most planes do.
- If you look closely at Ferb's map when Buford says he is going to carry Baljeet as his luggage for his guarantee of his deal with Phineas, if you look closely there is an island below South Africa, which does not accurate with the real world map.
- At the beginning, when Candace and Stacy walk through the back door of the house, Candace rips through Ferb's map, making a gigantic tear, almost completely ripping it ; when they are stranded on the island, Ferb's map has no tear in it at all.
- When Clay Aiken and Chaka Khan starts singing, Phineas, Ferb, Buford, Baljeet, the Fireside Girls, Clay Aiken, Chaka Khan, and the neighborhood kids are seen standing on the wing. Some scenes later, Katie is briefly missing. After Chaka Khan comes to the wing, Adyson is also missing. When the wing falls off the plane, only one neighborhood kid is seen on the plane, and for one frame, Katie reappears, but her hair style resembles Adyson's hair. Later, when Phineas says "Or at least that's the plan", Ginger and Holly are also missing.
- When Major Monogram comes up on the conveyor belt and Doofenshmirtz says, "Oh, here's my bag now," Monogram is tied to a blue pull cart, but as soon as Doofenshmirtz picks him up and the scene zooms out, he is tied to a red cart. Later in the Tokyo Tower, he is tied to a blue cart again.
- When Vanessa scolds her father "I can't believe you brought work with you!", her mouth does not move.
- Monogram's initials (MM) on his shirt is not seen when he got tied up in the baggage claim.
- When Adyson instructs the girls to set up the party, her neck is layered behind her collar. At the same time, as the scene zooms in to the girls, Gretchen and Holly have swapped places.
- If Major Monogram is 35% metal, like he said, he would never have been able to be a "bag" (not to mention the fact that he is a person tied up). Doofenshmirtz even says, "Oh man, it must be hard getting through the airport".
- When the Sun-Beater 3000 is flying over the Pacific Ocean, Baljeet isn't seen in his seat.
- When the gang arrives in Tokyo, Isabella's bow and Candace's hair are messed up. When the Sun-Beater 3000 gets on its wheels, their hair plus Isabella's bow are fixed, but when Phineas says he thought it sounded grind and spark, their hair and Isabella's bow are messed up again.
- After "J-Pop (Welcome to Tokyo)", Phineas tells Candace that Tokyo was a fun town, but Tokyo is actually a city.
- Candace's socks appear on Isabella and Isabella's socks appear on Candace during "Bouncin' Around The World". In the same song, the seats and rubber-bands of the Sun-Beater 3000 aren't colored in.
- Also, in "Bouncin Around The World", when the Sun-Beater 3000 is in Russia, a post sign says "ОСТОРОЖНО! ВЫСОКОЕ НАПРЕЖЕНИЕ", which is misspelled. The correct phrase would be "ОСТОРОЖНО! ВЫСОКОЕ НАПРЯЖЕНИЕ", meaning "WARNING! HIGH VOLTAGE"
- When Isabella and Phineas approached the fountain in "City of Love", Isabella was suddenly smiling, but in the next shot she was sad again.
- When Doofenshmirtz says, "According to this SPG..." at first it is right side up. But when it zooms in on him is when it is actually upside down.
- Buford's death sign is wrong. Because in real life, it would be with the thumb towards the neck.
- In the song "City of Love", Phineas and Isabella were under the Eiffel Tower in the second verse, but Ferb was still on the scooter with Vanessa on his following line. That would mean Phineas and Isabella made it to the Eiffel Tower on foot faster than Ferb and Vanessa with the scooter. However, this could be explained if Ferb and Vanessa went to other places before going to the Eiffel Tower.
- In the song "City of Love", When Isabella looks at Paris, she only had one eyelash instead of two.
- When the plane crash-lands in Paris, the head of the plane is facing against the river. When Phineas explains that they need a new parts and fuel, the plane position is reversed.
- The sailors claim there were five kids on the boat, but there were six: Phineas, Ferb, Candace, Isabella, Buford, and Baljeet. Though this might be because Candace is a teenager.
- Phineas (and later, Isabella) mentions time travel twice. However, at the end of "Phineas and Ferb's Quantum Boogaloo," Isabella's meddling with the time machine causes the trip to the future taken at the beginning of the episode to have never occurred, so technically, they only time traveled once.
- When Phineas says to Candace "Yeah, but we still have this rubber band made with super special density", he is missing a stripe from his shirt.
- The "Big fat ox" that's on the island is a musk ox. Musk oxen are native to arctic regions and would never be found on an island in the Atlantic, especially since there is palm trees on the island which is usually native to tropical regions.
- The paper airplane breaks the sound barrier shortly after having launched from the slingshot. However, since it has no engine and would not be gaining speed mid-flight, it should have broken the sound barrier mid-launch, while it was still in the slingshot.
- The pronunciation of Chaka Khan is messed up at the end when they were telling Candace about it.
- Towards the end Isabella is shown wearing a watch although it did not appear in the rest of the episode.
- Isabella says there's 58 seconds until sundown, but the time between when she said that and when they get to Phineas's backyard is 87 seconds in real life time.
- After Baljeet asking Isabella about her watch, Isabella disappears.
- During the song "Summer Belongs to You":
- In the opening trumpet fanfare, the Fireside Girls continue motioning like they are playing long after the trumpets have stopped playing.
- During the song, Buford pushes the roller-coaster car up to the stage.
- Ferb is still in the car.
- During the first verse, when Phineas and Isabella are switching places, the color of the sole of Phineas' right shoe and Isabella's left shoe becomes transparent.
- During certain parts of the song, Adyson's hair is black instead of brown.
- When Phineas and Isabella start singing the beginning of the chorus, "Summer Belongs to You!" Phineas and Isabella jump out and go to the microphones; Phineas goes to the second microphone, and Isabella goes to the third. However, in the very next frame, Phineas is at the first microphone, Isabella is at the second, and Ferb suddenly appears from nowhere on stage at the third.
- The Pinhead Pierre actress appears much taller than Phineas and Isabella at first, but when the gang drives the rollercoaster car, her height is seen the same as Adyson, whose height is the same as Isabella.
- During the song "Summer Belongs to You", Isabella's tambourine turns invisible for one frame.
- Phineas gives his microphone to Candace, but in the next scene, he has another microphone in front of him.
- As Candace sings her verse, there are three microphone stands. Later on, there is only one stand.
- During the song "Summer Belongs to You", Isabella's hair becomes shorter for a second.
- There are two doppelgängers of Sally when Jeremy arrives, both with different colors.
- Near the end of the song, Isabella's voice is heard, but in some frames, her mouth doesn't move.
- At the end of the song, when Phineas asks "Hey, where's Perry?", Adyson disappears.
- At the big cast shot at the end of "Summer Belongs To You", Pedro appears twice, one at the bottom left and one and the top left.
- In this episode, Candace says that she didn't have international coverage on her cell phone, but in "A Hard Day's Knight", she is calling Stacy from England. This could be explained, however, if Candace got international coverage after this episode, or if she somehow lost it between the two episodes (depending what order they occurred in.)
- When the Sun-Beater 3000 crash lands in Paris, Isabella and Vanessa are not seen in the plane.
- After Ferb shows everyone the map on the island, Phineas says that they only have 11 minutes, but the Mid-Atlantic is 3 hours ahead of America, so that meant they actually had 3 hours.
- The camera points at the sunset when Isabella is talking to Ferb about it on the island, but the sun is actually rising.
- When Doofenshmirtz is holding his GPS upside-down, he says "According to this SPG...". If the letters GPS were turned upside-down, they would look nothing like SPG. The same applies with Paris and 'Sirap'.
- In the morning, Phineas mentions that it's the Summer Solstice. However, the day before that, he said that summer was almost over. Since the Summer Solstice is in June, summer should have just started, though this could have been a figure of speech.
- Shortly before crash-landing in Danville, Ferb is shown holding a steering wheel, which was lost when they were traveling across the Atlantic Ocean.
- After "Rubber Bands Rubber Balls," Buford's teeth are missing.
- When Phineas says "I thought, you know, the two of you, a boy, a girl, in the city of love" twice, Isabella's eyelashes disappear.
- When Buford and Baljeet are loading the snail oil into the plane, the keg's funnel is inside the giant baguette. However, the baguette is simply rubber-banded on for buoyancy.
- In one scene, Candace's hair is messed up (because of pigeons under the bridge in Paris) and she doesn't wear a life jacket. But when the plane takes off, her hair is in its normal state, and she has a sort of yellow life jacket.
- When Carl turns back the kidnapped note, after showing it to Perry, a part of his arm becomes transparent.
- If Phineas states that it will take an hour to take a detour on the road construction, then it does not correspond with Linda's time arrival in a day prior. When Candace calls Linda, she is blocked by road construction, but just eleven seconds later she comes home. However, they could have skipped through the rest of her trip home for the sake of the episode.
- In two promos for the episode, the gang is seen pedaling their feet while jumping over the sidewalk on bicycles, but in other promos and the actual episode, nobody's feet is pedaling.
Nerds of a Feather
- When Ferb says "Always", his mouth doesn't move.
- When Baljeet said to Buford "You lose an arm", Buford had five fingers on his left arm instead of four.
- When Suzy chases Ducky Momo (Candace in a Ducky Momo costume) into the Alien Nest, her face painting disappears and does not reappear at the end of the episode.
- The bathroom symbol on Baljeet's "headquarters" shows a male character but is inside a circle, (which is used for female restrooms).
- When Phineas is talking to Baljeet in the bathroom, the blond specky's uniform highlights change from blue to pink and back to blue through the various scene changes.
- When Baljeet says "And your magic rune signs have no effect in this dimension", 2 squares on his costume change color.
- In the scene where Candace begins walking to the Ducky Momo badge trinyg to not attract any attention, in the Stumbleberry Finkbat side, there are 2 copies of a wizard and 2 copies of a unicorn/fairy hybrid, but in different color schemes, and in the Space Adventure side there are 2 copies of a teen holding a flag, but in different color schemes. There's also 2 exact copies of a teen who seems to be wearing football gear and a gray knight-like teen.
- In some scenes, Irving wears his usual t-shirt instead of the robot costume.
- Candace breaks the Ducky Momo plate, but she later is shown to have it.
- Buford says "Your kind is not welcomed here", but the episode's closed captions used "you're" instead of "your".
Wizard of Odd
- When Phineas and Ferb lift the house, no basement is present.
- When Doofenshmirtz sings/says "Well, my wardrobe, it used to be duller, but now I got this one splash of color" he's wrong because he has a pink track suit. Also, when Doofenshmirtz started to sing, he was wearing his regular robe instead of the track suit.
- Perry is shown wearing his fedora when going up "the fun way" to see the Wizard. However, in the previous scene he had taken off the fedora and gone back into "pet mode".
- During the song "The Yellow Sidewalk":
- Candace's eyes change color from blue to brown in the line "And there's nothing really stopping us, so let us state the obvious".
- Isabella sings "The sky is blue" when the sky is actually purple.
- When Jeremy Tree is singing, his right arm is straight. Every other time it's seen his arm is bent. Also, Nerd-Crow says about Jeremy Tree finishing his song but when Lion-Tiger-Bear Guy is singing, he doesn't say anything. However, Nerd-Crow might have known Candace wasn't going to listen to him so he didn't bother saying anything.
- When taking the "fun way" up, Baljeet asks for "Three please." However, four took the "fun way": Lion-Tiger-Bear Guy, Jeremy Tree, the Nerd-Crow, and Perry.
- However, Perry might not need a ticket since he is a pet.
- When Buford and Baljeet come to tell Candace that they're going to clean the house, the camera zooms in on Buford and Baljeet a pole is showing but in wide screen, it's not there.
- When Candace fell at the "Sea of Razor Sharp Rock Spires" and running to Bustopolis, she had her regular shoes on but not the red boots.
- When Candace is talking to the Wizard after she comes back from the kitchen, the phone and the stand it was on are gone.
- When Candace gets knocked out when Phineas and Ferb were cleaning the house, she was lying on the floor, but when she wakes up she was lying on her bed. However, this could be explained if after the cleaning of the house was completed, someone saw her on the floor, and put her in her bed.
- Isabella seems to want to help Candace bust Phineas [and Ferb] despite her love for him. Then again, she is playing the role of the Good Witch and tells everyone to follow the Yellow Sidewalk.
- The vines that had grown from the boots and attached to Candace's legs disappear in the proceeding scene.
- Later, when the boots are removed, they are completely normal with no trace of the vines.
- When they are talking to the Wizard, the Nerdcrow's mouth disappears.
- When Buford and Baljeet come to Candace and say that they are going to start to clean the house Buford says "Water-proof undergarments" but when Candace faints Baljeet says it.
- When Candace declines to use the bouncy sidewalk, it is not visible, and the full width of the path is shown, indicating the two do not touch. However, in the next shot, the edge of the sidewalk is touching the edge of the path.
- In the end credits, Isabella Murad's name is misspelled as Isabella Muard.
We Call it Maze
- When Melissa shows Candace the photo with her in it when she was a Fireside Girl, the shirt is all white instead of orange and white.
- During most of the episode, Perry's eyes are blue when they should be brown. The only times they are brown is during his mission briefing and when he is pulling the string on the Doofenshmirtz toy/trap.
- When everybody is getting on the elevator the lever on the side closest to the camera changes length and in one scene isn't there at all.
- During "Not Knowing Where You're Going", when Phineas, Ferb, and Baljeet are hopping on cheese springs, Buford is not with them.
- When one of the doors Candace, Isabella, and Melissa were trying to get to was seen the first time, it was closed. But when it was seen the second time, it appears to be opened.
- When Isabella loads Melissa on to the Lil' Sparks bus, her beret isn't on. Instead, her red bow is on her head. This was the exact case in "Flop Starz" where she didn't wear a beret, but had her red bow on.
- As Candace, Isabella, and Melissa are swinging on the rope attempting to reach the lever, the middle square of Candace's belt continuously switches colors from maroon to white and back again, and at one point, the white shoelace looks like a rope.
- When Doofenshmirtz first sets the timer on the Tilt-Inator, it appears to start from 3:15, but when he has to reset it again, the timer seems to start from 3:00.
- Technically, since Doofenshmirtz and Perry were in space, there should have been no echo, because sound requires air to move (which would be required to make an echo), and there is no air in space.
- "We're more like lab rats going after cheese" is actually a simile, not a metaphor as metaphors don't use the word "like". A metaphor version of that sentence would be "We are lab rats going after cheese."
- Perry takes out the screwdriver to close the door, but in space there shouldn't be enough gravity to close the door.
- When Perry puts the snow globe at the hole of the Tilt-Inator, it is set at almost 3 minutes, but when Doofenshmirtz tries to remove the snow globe, it changes to about 3 seconds.
- In the song "Not Knowing Where You're Going", when Ferb has beaten the mechanical knight, one of the chess pieces turned digitalized for a second then later it went back to normal.
- Perry wore a spacesuit when the rocket that has trapped him landed in Doofenshmirtz's space station, but when Perry got trapped in the rocket, he didn't have the spacesuit on. However, it is possible that the rocket automatically put Perry in a spacesuit before releasing him.
- When Phineas says "It's a good thing the girls beat us out", Ferb's big eye is facing the audience.
- Candace does not skate well in this episode, but in "Vanessassary Roughness" she was skating very well. However, this may have taken place before that episode.
- When Linda grabs Candace's arm and turns to pull her inside, the space between her legs turn white for a single frame.
- When Perry goes into D.E.I., the talking Doof doll's mouth is open. When he picks it up, its mouth is closed.
- If you look closely at the door during the scene with Candace and Linda, you can see the area in the door has the wall and floor of the living room. Usually it leads to the kitchen.
- During the chess game in "Not Knowing When You're Going," Ferb is as the white side. During the close-up, though, Ferb is shown moving a black piece, on the black side. There is another flaw in the chess game at the end. For resigning, the mechanical knight lifted his arms to ben. The normally used form are tipping your king over, though.
- Doofenshmirtz's eyebrows disappear when he notices his broken echo the second time.
- When Melissa use Candace' shoelace to reach the lever, Candace's skin tone became the same as Melissa's.
- After escaping the maze to get Linda, a brief shot of Candace's shoe is shown despite her wearing only her skates and losing one in the maze.
Ladies and Gentlemen, Meet Max Modem!
- When Phineas and Ferb appear in the kitchen and say that Linda has a call from an agent, Ferb blinks and you can see right through his right eye.
- Before Max Modem sings Alien Heart, the crowd have the shoelaces around their finger. This does not seem fitting to the theme of the song ("Tip of the Day")
- When Perry is about to turn into pet mode, his eye color changes from brown to blue.
- When Perry knocks down the Alien-inator, his shadow becomes pink.
- The ring on Lawrence's hairdo is red, but when he is shown walking through the line at the arena it is brown. Then, in the next shot, the ring is red again.
- During the song I'm Lindana and I Wanna Have Fun!, the backup singers are girls, but the voices of the singers are male. This may be due to the fact she was lip-syncing.
- On TV at the beginning of the episode, Lindana's image is mirrored, most noticeably because her belt says YOT instead of TOY and her hairbow is on the other side.
- On T.V when there is a close up of "Lindana" she doesn't have any pupils.
- When Doofenshmirtz is in his "King of the Aliens" costume, his face turns a darker brown color.
- In the last shot of the episode, the spots on Linda's jacket disappear.
- Some descriptions list the episode as "Ladies and Gentlemen, He is Max Modem!".
The Secret of Success
- During the song, Baljeet could be seen at the dance scene but he was supposed to be at the seminar.
- During the song, the singer mentions driving on a tightrope, yet the vehicle is not shown on a tightrope until towards the end of the song.
- During the song, Phineas and Ferb are dancing on top of the ATV, but this is impossible because the cliff is extremely bumpy and they would have fallen right off.
- Also during the song, when the singer says "through a cave," the headlights from the vehicle would have created cones of light through the cave.
- As Isabella shows the hydrolics of the ATV, the space between her arms are white.
- When Dr. Doofenshmirtz is on the flying vehicle, he mentions Perry, on live TV. This could uncover his secret agent identity to the citizens of Danville who are watching the news preemption. In fact, Lawrence was watching the Telethon of Evil at the dentist which he could still be watching, even though it was interrupted by a news break. This was straight after the Telethon of Evil was preemptied, so it means that Lawrence could have figured it out. However an explanation to this may be that this episode takes place before "I Was a Middle Aged Robot" and Carl may have found a memory of this incident, and erased it to prevent Lawrence from finding the full truth out. Alternately, he could have been under the influence of nitrous-oxide, (which could also explain his declaration that it was his "new favorite show")."
- In the all-terrain vehicle, when Candace says she has got the hang of it, Ferb is gone. He reappears when Candace decides to go get mom.
- When the camera is showing the people walking into the seminar, it doesn't show Candace, Stacy, or Baljeet walking in.
- When the camera is showing the people walking into the seminar, it show little kids walking in too. Candace points out that only "high school kids" are allowed to attend.
- Bridgette points out that the ATV is filled with children, but Candace is a teenager.
- When Bridgette shows the ATV from an angle where she can see the kids, Buford is sitting in an impossible position.
- Perry’s feet are the wrong color when Doofenshmirtz tells the audience that the Platypus will ”get it” if nobody calls. They have the same salmon orange color as his tail instead of the bright orange color of his beak.
- Perry’s tail is missing most of the time when he is trapped in the chair. It was visible both when he was trapped and when he escaped, so it shouldn’t be hidden behind his back.
The Doof Side of the Moon
- Isabella's hard hat expands in size when she puts it on.
- When Linda was pulling in, she should have seen the building from the driveway.
- When Albert goes into the monorail to chase Irving, no one is sitting in the seats behind him. A few seconds later, Phineas and Ferb are shown sitting in the seats behind him.
- Perry breaks the glass in the astronaut helmet, but later when Perry puts it on Doofenshmirtz, the glass is still on and Doofenshmirtz is able to go into space safely. However, Doofenshmirtz said he had obtained numerous space helmets, so Perry could have grabbed one of the other ones.
- When Doofenshmirtz is showing Perry the graph, when the green was zoomed in its green and when it zooms out it is yellow.
- Real space helmets are made from polycarbonate. So, there's no way Perry could have shattered his trap with a high note. Instead, Perry could lift the space helmet.
- Doofenshmirtz was rotating the Moon around. The building should have just turned around, not be lifted into space. Also, the Earth rotates, and the Moon goes around the Earth. However, the building does not appear to be moving an inch before it was struck by Lunar-Rotate-Inator.
- Perry's viking hat disappears when the space helmet breaks.
- Albert mysteriously disappears when Phineas greets Linda.
- When Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella were constructing the building, the building looked different compared when it was constructed.
- It takes 3 days to go to the moon, but it took them 1–2 minutes to get there.
- Irving's collar turns from white to green for a split second after Linda's car honks.
- When Perry slips, the floor was green and black but when Perry puts his head up, the floor turns gray.
- When Albert just got on the monorail, there were black handles in front of Albert. However, when the monorail starts moving the black handles are gone.
- Albert and Irving have eyebrows but in most scenes, the eyebrows did not show.
- When Phineas and Ferb appeared sitting in the seats beside Albert, Albert's glasses are bending.
- The bottom part of the building hit the fence but the fence wasn't damaged.
- When Phineas, Ferb and Isabella reached the moon, the moon was blue and it has the US flag and the Lunar Rover but when the moon gets hit by the Lunar-Rotate-Inator, The moon becomes smaller and white and the Lunar Rover and US flag are gone and didn't show again.
- When Perry pushed the Lunar-Rotate-Inator, the Lunar-Rotate-Inator stopped zapping.
- When Albert just got on the floor where Irving is at, there was a brighter yellow above the red lines but when Albert got on the elevator, it becomes the same color above the red lines.
- When the building starts rotating, it's supposed to make dirt on the grass but it didn't.
Split Personality
- Before Candace got separated the first time, she was holding the Molecular Separator, but when she was split, she was not holding it; it should've been either still in her possession or at least fallen on the ground. In fact, it seems like it was gone entirely.
- When Phineas and Ferb greet both Candaces, the carpet in the hallway is pink, but when they're talking in the hallway, it is brown. Yet when Busting Candace is on the phone to Mom, the hallway carpet is pink again.
- When the romantic Candace takes the escalator the first time, her bump on her head is gone.
- The picture frame Romantic Candace sees in Me, Myself and I is blue, when she buys it is brown. It is possible that it was the same model with a different color scheme.
- Busting Candaces's reflection in a mirror she runs pass during "Me, Myself and I" isn't turned.
- Many times in this episode, the Romantic Candace's curves in her hair at the ends of her hair, are the same as the ends of her hair was before she was split.
- When Jeremy is talking to the little boy before Busting Candace shows up, he says "little guy", but the captions say "little girl".
- When Linda and Romance Candace are driving home, Candace is seen sitting on the left side of the car. However, when the car is shown from the front view, she appears on the right.
- Romance Candace doesn’t have a flower in her hair when she looks out from her bedroom window.
- There are 13 Candaces after Phineas and Ferb accidentally pressed the forward button. But, after the part where Linda turns her head around after getting zapped by the Look-away-inator, there appears to be five Candaces instead of thirteen. But after Perry walks away, there are seven, but when Ferb turns the backward switch for him and Phineas' invention, thirteen of them appear again.
- It is likely that the other Candaces were out of the shot.
- When Phineas and Ferb accidentaly pressed the forward button, 13 Candaces appeared, but the others didn't have a flower on their head, it means all of them is about Busting.
- When Perry steps on the stump that makes him enter the lair, it was near the tree. But after Candace turns to normal and she steps on it, it was right in front of the backyard entrance of the house.
- There are several overview pictures of the pool through the episode where the Look-Away-Inator is missing from the side of the pool.
- When Doofenshmirtz introduced Perry to the Look-Away-Inator he said it was his Look-Away-Inator but before he activated it he said it was his Turn-Away-Inator.
- Doofenshmirtz said his father and Heinz Doofenshmirtz's mother wanted him to jump in a pool however in "De Plane! De Plane!" he says his mother would never let him swim in public pools. This wouldn't be an error since this explains why his mother won't let him swim in public pools due to the embarrassment of him being unable to jump from a high dive.
- When Doofenshmirtz is too scared to dive, his father says he has no son, even though he still has Roger. However, it is possible that Roger wasn't born yet, although it's unlikely since Heinz looks about the same age in this episode as he does in the flashback of Roger being born ("Gaming the System"), and his mother doesn't appear pregnant in this episode.
- The Turn-Away-Inator appears to have affected everything else before it affected Doofenshmirtz, even though Doofenshmirtz is obviously very close to the inator.
- When Doofenshmirtz jumps in the pool he isn't able to swim though he could in "Swiss Family Phineas" and in "Phineas and Ferb Hawaiian Vacation". This also probably from the fact he wore water wings and a floatation device like in "Are You My Mummy?" when he tried to raise water level.
- The molecular separator couldn't have split Major Monogram in half, it would have split the screen in half or would not have split anything at all.
Brain Drain
- Carl says he fears the smell of garlic, but in "Ain't No Kiddie Ride", he mentions that he was born without nostrils.
- Some of the goths that attended the dump party (except for Vanessa, Johnny, and Lacie) are only regularly seen teens with different colorations.
- When Dr. Doofenshmirtz first has his hands on the record, he has his hands on the record from top to bottom. Therefore, he should not be able to scratch the record. However, it is shown that he can lift his hands barely. That may be the reason he is able to scratch the record.
- When Phineas battles himself, the health bars say "Phineas." But when Baljeet battles Ferb and Isabella battles Buford, the health bars say Player 1 and Player 2.
- Doofenshmirtz puts the Devolition-ator over Perry's fedora, but when Phineas makes him remove the Devolition-ator, Perry is not wearing his fedora. Perhaps it was removed with the Devolition-ator.
- When Perry puts the Devolition-ator on Doofenshmirtz after he accidentally stops the record, the rap song starts before Doofenshmirtz starts DJ-ing.
- When Doofenshmirtz was falling down the junk pile, Perry is seen wearing his fedora. But when the shot goes back to Perry, he is still wearing the Devolition-ator, and when Phineas makes him remove it, the fedora is not there.
- In Vanessa's flashback, one of the teenage girl that was seeing Heinz picked up Vanessa with his tricycle wagon was missing when the students started to laugh, but the she reappeared when both Heinz and Vanessa were leaving the school.
- During the song, Perry is clearly hiding under the table and to Doofenshmirtz's left. But when he looks under the table to motion to the "platypus controlling me," he looks to his right.
- Linda had left to get groceries. Therefore, her car would not have been in the driveway when Perry exited his lair.
- Though it's possible she didn't leave yet. The lair exit also might have took place at the same time as Linda talks to the boys, but were shown at different times for obvious reasons.
- When Phineas tells Buford to move Perry's arm, his mouth moves before he utters anything.
- In the closed captions, it spelled Carl's name wrong, and was spelled "Corro."
- Despite of the fact that Charlene's car is a 1973 Chevrolet Camaro, the jingle says "Sports Sedan", probably because of copyright problems.
- Because the Devolitioninator fits Perry, it therefore should not fit Doofenshmirtz.
- When Doofenshmirtz says "platypus power" his mouth is not open.
- In the first scene that shows Phineas and Ferb the first S in on Phineas's bed is backwards.
- At the end of the episode, Phineas is shown with one more lock of hair then normal.
- When Phineas asks who want to play the video game first, Buford's hand leaves the video chat window for a short time.
Rollercoaster: The Musical!
- During the song You're Going Down:
- The color of Stacy's neckband repeatedly switched from tan to purple and back.
- Stacy' skin tone is darker than normal at the beginning.
- When Candace is waving to the fake boys in the garbage truck, one hand has no glove on, but the other does.
- Towards the beginning of the song, Candace is wearing her regular clothes. Then, the camera goes to Phineas, but when it goes back on Candace, she is wearing the same thing as Stacy and Jenny.
- At the beginning of the song, when Jenny has her arms folded, the fingers showing don't have a glove on.
- After the song, Linda is taking oranges from the container. At first, orange has no outline, but moments later, it does.
- At the beginning of the song when Candace, Stacy and Jenny were looking at the boys, The front of the rollercoaster is not filled in.
- When Candace crushes the small Phineas and Ferb dolls, their heads are still visible, but in the next shot, they are gone.
- During Jenny's doo-wop and right when Candace sings "conditionally", she has two ends on the left side of her hair.
- At the very end of the song, during the last "you're going down" line, Stacy and Jenny's eye colors are swapped.
- When Stacy and Jenny are dressing up, Stacy is lit like it's nighttime.
- Perry presses the button after the door opens.
- This episode takes place in the summer; however, one of the dancers has to "pick up their kid from school." However, It could possibly be summer school that she is talking about.
- When Phineas says "I don't remember this in the blueprints", (when viewed close up), it is blurry, unlike the rest of the episode.
- During What'cha Doin'?:
- When Katie and Milly first appear, they disappear for a split second, then appear again.
- Strictly speaking, line "Every day I come over" is incorrect, as Isabella does not show up for some of Phineas and Ferb's projects ("I, Brobot" to name one) or is just surprised to see them when they visit her (such as "Ready for the Bettys").
- When Phineas tells Candace about the rollercoaster, you can see a bucket with yellow paint on it, but after the song, the paint is red.
- During the rollercoaster unveiling, Katie and Ginger, with their berets and sashes, are seen from the crowd, but when Ferb unveils the rollercoaster, Katie's beret and sash disappear, like in the original episode. In the next shot, she wears both again.
- This is probably due to the creators used the same footage from the original episode.
- There are several errors during the song Rollercoaster:
- When the seat belt falls, Isabella looks to the left, but when she asks if the ride is safe, she turns to the right.
- There are no signs of Adyson, Katie, or Holly in the rear seats when Phineas drops the seat belt.
- When Phineas says "not a written rule, but it's strongly implied," Ferb's button is black.
- The building they are going in a corkscrew around is rotating the wrong way, giving the impression that they are going up the corkscrew backwards.
- After Phineas sings "It's like a leisurely drive around downtown", most of the passengers are gone.
- Milly's beret (who sits behind Buford) is seen attached to Buford's head in one scene
- After Buford says "I got the poster", both Baljeet and Buford are not seen in the row behind Isabella.
- When the rollercoaster does the corkscrew around the interstate, only the surface of the road is seen.
- When Phineas sings his Spanish line in the same song, the bottoms of Ginger and Isabella's necks are attached to the back of Phineas and Ferb's seats instead of their bodies. In the next shot, they're back to normal.
- When the rollercoaster comes out of the mud bucket, Ferb's larger eye is in front of his smaller eye.
- Right before Phineas goes "Ah ah ah", he threw his guitar off the rollercoaster, but a bit later in the song, he has it again.
- When Phineas says, "Ah ah ah" as he's turning to Isabella and Ginger, during the first "ah" his arm can be seen over the sleeve of his shirt, but when he gestures his arm upward more, his arm goes under his sleeve again.
- At the beginning, when Phineas says the word "downtown", his mouth doesn't move.
- During the middle of the song, when they were upside-down in the tunnel, nobody's hair is dangling upside-down instead, they're blowing backward. However, this could be because the speed of the rollercoaster car caused their hair to blow backward instead of hang down. Also, Phineas and Ferb are somehow still able to stand on the rollercoaster with their feet attached to it while it is upside down.
- Twice in the song, when the camera zooms in on Isabella and Ginger, only 2 carts appear.
- A few times in the song, there are a few changes in the amount of carts.
- Also, in the snake scene, Phineas's voice can be heard, but his mouth isn't moving. This is likely because the scene was reused from "Rollercoaster", which is also why Buford, Baljeet and The Fireside Girls are no where to be seen in this scene.
- When the snakes drop, Phineas's hair is green, like in the original.
- Phineas said there will be peanut butter and snakes during the ride, but there is no peanut butter. However, this could simply be a reference to the original episode.
- When the coaster goes into the big loop, the boy next to Katie has blond hair instead of black hair.
- When the rollercoaster enters the tunnel, there is a train underneath it, but in the next scene the train disappears, but in the next scene, when it goes out of the tunnel, the train reappears.
- From the point when Isabella says "Are you sure this is safe?" to after Phineas says "Scream if you want more!", the safety bars disappear and the passengers are holding onto the car edges instead.
- When everyone screams, Buford's head becomes smaller.
- Several times, the rollercoaster passengers (except Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella) are swapped repeatedly. At first, the seen passengers are Buford, Baljeet, and the Fireside Girls, then at some point, the other neighbourhood kids are shown. This is probably due to the scenes from the original episode are re-used again, perhaps most noticeably when most of the kids who climb out of the tree in Phineas and Ferb's backyard did not even ride the rollercoaster.
- When Candace persuades Linda to look at the outside of the store, for a split second her tongue is the same color as her teeth, and when she "presents" the rollercoaster, in the next scene she faces to the different direction.
- After Candace and Linda exit the store, the Good Future Candace and Bad Future Candace are behind brown car, but in the "Phineas and Ferb's Quantum Boogaloo", they are behind a blue car.
- It is impossible for both of the future Candaces to be here, since they arrived to the first day of summer.
- When Linda says "I'm worried about you sometimes Candace", her headband color is yellow instead of red.
- Also, she is driving on the wrong side of the street, unless if it's a one-way street.
- When Phineas and Ferb saw Meap, Meap should have been in the ship they re-made for him. He may have possibly re-made it back to his old ship that crashed (possibly because all of Ferb's modifications might not have been 'street legal'). It could also be an exact copy of his old ship that his workers have. Also, it is odd he did not have his mustache-translator with him. However, it is possible Mitch stole it back.
- When Linda drags out Candace from the backyard, she says "Let's go", then her mouth moves, but she doesn't say anything.
- From Carpe Diem:
- When Phineas is explaining what "carpe diem" means just before the song begins, his mouth is drawn incompletely.
- Ferb's larger eye is in front of his smaller eye in some scenes.
- When Phineas sings "didactic", the area between his legs briefly changed to white.
- When the Fireside Girls start joining the song, Ginger isn't shown.
- Love Händel appear as their younger selves during their farewell concert, instead of their current look. Similarly, when we see the characters from Gimmelshtump Roger and Heinz are both children.
- Unnamed dream Sergeant appears even though he is a dream character. This possibly makes him a real character.
- Jerry the Platypus from "Cheer Up Candace", the Candace-like dinosaurs from "It's About Time!", and Doofenshmirtz's clone from "Run Away Runway", appear in the song even though they don't exist anymore.
- When they sing at the beginning, "There's no such thing as just, an ordinary day!" Isabella's voice joins in, but her mouth is not moving.
- Perry appears with the main characters as Agent P but no one notices it. It's possible everybody was too distracted at the time.
- At the end of the episode and song, various mouths are seen floating without bodies. This error was not present in the episode itself.
- Wendy seems to have returned ("Unfair Science Fair"), but in this episode, she had brown hair and freckles. In "Unfair Science Fair", her hair was black and she did not have freckles.
- Baljeet mysteriously appears when everyone comes in for the song even though he didn't come out of the tree after the rollercoaster ride.
- Linda and Lawrence appear during Carpe Diem and Linda is not one bit surprised that Candace was right all these times. It's possible Linda didn't know Phineas and Ferb had put on the show.
- Doofenshmirtz is seen lovingly dancing with his date from "Chez Platypus" despite her being hit by the De-love-inator at the end of that episode.
- Before the second chorus, Ferb is seen in front of Isabella, but when Ferb shifts to the middle, his hand moves behind Isabella.
- Candace and Doofenshmirtz show up during the song despite the former being shocked earlier, and the latter should've been still rolling down with the tin foil.
- Holly isn't shown with the other Fireside Girls when they're singing their part.
- The Fireside Girls have a singing line, but their mouths do not move until the second "oooh".
- At the final "Carpe diem" verse, Milly, Ginger, and Katie are seen in the background near the dancers, and then they appear along with the other Fireside Girls sliding to the front row, but they are still seen in their previous positions as well.
- In the final scene, Vanessa's outlines are colored black. Hence, her coat outlines are not visible.
- Just like in "Rollercoaster", tin foil (and aluminum foil) are not magnetic.
- Closed captioning has Meap's name as Meep.
- When Ferb is on stage, two Katies and Pedros can be seen, just like in the original episode. Also, several characters clones are also seen in the different places at once with different color schemes (e.g. Ginger's doppelgängers are seen with blue color outfits), while Katie and Pedro clones stays the same.
- The number of the unknown characters is changed throughout the episode. One example of this is the space scene. Only one of the unknowns are in the rollercoaster, however in the next scene there are 4.
- When Doofenshmirtz is playing piano, his hands don't move.
- During Back in Gimmelshtump:
- At the middle of the song, just after the rock and roll part ends Dr. Doofenshmirtz holds his staff half-way up and it is all white, rather than black with white tips. Also from the same song, the dancers in are wearing white gloves, however at the end two of them are wearing black gloves.
- During the "show-tune" part, the back up dancers costumes change, multiple times in different scenes, from red sequins leotards with feathers, to black leotards wearing brown hats, and back.
- Right when Perry lands between Isabella and Ginger, Ginger's hair is transparent.
- Phineas offers a Crepe to an unknown person named Suzette in response to a French guy offering a Crepe Suzette and a female voice says "No thank you", but the only girls on the roller coaster are Isabella and the Fireside Girls, all of whom the names of are known already. In addition, none of the girls are seen mouthing it.
- During the middle of the song Aren't You a Little Young?, there appears to be more workers then the beginning and end.
- When Ferb is welding after Phineas heads off to get some snakes, his welding mask has a clear view-port, it should be dark and/or reflective.
- The Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc. sign became smaller before Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz sings the jingle.
- In Mom Look:
- Candace says the boys made it winter in June, even though Phineas said it was July when they did this in "S'Winter" though it's possible Candace forgot with month they did it in.
- Although Candace says Phineas and Ferb have already built a rollercoaster twice, they've also built the rollercoaster in "Fireside Girl Jamboree" and "Phineas and Ferb-Busters!", although it's possible that those two episodes happened after this episode, as Phineas states in "Fireside Girl Jamboree" that it was their biggest project yet.
- During Aren't You a Little Young?, when Phineas says "Yes, yes I am.", his hair is slightly darker.
- When Phineas said "It was good to see Meap" the fire was gone.
- Linda parks the car in the driveway, exactly in front of the garage. When Candace asks her to take a look at the backyard, the car is gone.
- Though the route was same as last time, it took them longer to complete it.
- Right before Phineas and Ferb see Meap, The Fireside Girls besides Katie and Ginger disappear and Milly's hair is transparent.
- The giant magnet should not be able to lift the roller coaster cleanly because it corkscrews around a fixed obstacle (the interstate).
- Candace enters the living room through the little door off to the left side of the backyard, when that door should actually lead to the kitchen.
- When Candace is showing Linda the rollercoaster near the end, the coaster car can be easily seen in the flaming tree, but somehow neither of them saw it.
- Aside from Phineas, Ferb, Isabella, and Gretchen, none of the rest of the gang are seen climbing down from the tree.
Note: Most of these errors happened because scenes from the original episode were re-used.
Make Play
- When Doofenshmirtz is mentioning the claw machines to Perry, the things in the claw machine Perry was stuck in had rocks in it. When Perry escapes, stuffed animals pour out.
- Lawrence recalls putting nickels in the jukebox slots of his youth. He may not want to confuse the kids with talk of sixpences and other antiquated English specie.
- When everyone notices Jeremy and the Incidentals playing, there was a woman driving on the left side of the road.
- The crowd that gathers in front of city hall as Jeremy and the Incidentals are playing is made up of the same dozen or so people copied over and over again.
Candace Gets Busted
- When Monogram wishes Perry good luck, the latter's tail is gone.
- When Phineas gives Candace the phone, he stretches his hand and it reappears in Candace's hand.
- The microphone that Candace uses to rap is missing when Phineas is about to hand the phone to her.
- Sassy Miss K and several others already at the party are seen standing in line outside in a later scene.
- After Jeremy walks out the door, Phineas' hair is the same color as Candace's while Candace's socks are transparent.
- A yellow stripe on Phineas' sleeves is missing when Candace realizes their parents are home.
- When Linda and Lawrence go to the airport, they use a taxi cab, but when they go back to the house, they use their own car. Also, when they arrive, Lawrence isn't inside the car.
- When Jeremy compliments Candace about the party being out in the backyard, Candace's right eye is bigger for a second.
- Albuquerque is misspelled as "Albequerque" in the Go-Away-inator's wheel.
- At one point in the song "Candace Party", the outlines of Jenny are duplicated and appear behind her.
- When Candace is singing on the stage, one of the girls standing at the front in the first crowd shot has a lazy eye.
- When Linda says "Candace, I trusted you! I can't believe you threw a party!", Lawrence's eyes are not fully colored in.
