"This is supposed to be for cleanin' boats, but sometimes, ya gotta wash with the wrong brush to get a colt to the chaparral."
— Rusty Britches[src]

Rusty Britches is a cowboy who acts as Baljeet's life coach. He helps the kids in the fight against the platypus clones.

Biography[]

Buford, wanting to see what happens, pours grape juice on Perry, creating a platypus clone. The clone uses Buford's juice to clone itself, forming an army. To prevent an apocalypse, Baljeet takes the gang to his life coach, Rusty, who invites them to enter his house. Inside, the kids drink lemonade and explain the situation to him. Rusty then gets his thinking chair and offers a prairie saying. Hoping to find a solution somewhere else, Phineas tells him that they have to move along.

As Rusty moves to say goodbye, he tips the lemonade glass over. Cleaning it, he blurts another saying, which gives Phineas and Ferb an idea to stop the platypus clones. The kids build and strap on bubble washers to clean the platypuses, while Rusty provides musical accompaniment. Before he can finish his song, he is pulled down by evil clones.

The kids reach a sprinkler system supply housing in hopes of spreading soap, but they can't reach the manual override. Out of nowhere, Rusty appears riding a unicorn and hits the override, melting all the clones. The owner of the factory thanks him and the kids, and everyone celebrates their victory. In the credits, he commemorates the ending, falling over the steps as he sings ("Terrifying Tri-State Trilogy of Terror").

Physical appearance[]

Rusty is light-skinned and has black hair. He wears a light brown western shirt with a yellow top, black jeans, a brown belt, grey cowboy boots, a brown cowboy hat, light grey gloves, and a green bandana around his neck.

Personality[]

He is friendly and clumsy. He seems to often provide advice or ideas to Baljeet, and he receives others in a considerate way, giving the kids lemonade to calm them down, given the situation they're in. He appears to constantly trip or cause other objects to fall over, such as the lemonade glass.

Relationships[]

Baljeet[]

Being Baljeet's life coach, Rusty provides advice to him when needed. Because of that, he became Baljeet's go-to person for tricky situations.

Other kids[]

Receiving the kids, he gives them lemonade and offers to help them. Despite not being able to come up with something, he accidentally gives Phineas and Ferb the idea to wash off the platypus clones and provides music for their endeavors.
