Timmy is a boy who is a frequent background character in the series. He also owns the world's fattest gerbil.
Physical appearance: Yellow spiky hair, red striped shirt and gray pants.
In "Comet Kermillian", he spoke for the first time. Technically, he didn't speak, but his mouth opened. The line couldn't be heard, as the audience was awing the laser show, but it does prove that he said something. In "The Best Lazy Day Ever", he spoke on the dinosaur slide advert.

The bad singing kid is a character that first appeared in a commercial at the beginning of "Flop Starz" to demonstrate the minimum requirements needed in order to participate in a singing contest. He appeared again as the owner of the bike that Dr. Doofenshmirtz stole.
Boy #1[]
A boy who has appeared several times in the show. He may be Sassy Miss K's brother, since he was shown in the title sequence for Bust 'Em and that show is about gathering video evidence to bust your brothers. ("Leave the Busting to Us!")

A woman who has been seen along with two other background characters: Balthazar Horowitz and the Pinhead Pierre actress. She is likely Balthazar's mother because she is relieved when he was pulled out of the ball pit in "No More Bunny Business".
