Canadian Organization Without a Cool Acronym or C.O.W.C.A. is the Canadian version of O.W.C.A. It appeared in "Sidetracked" and just like its original counterpart, it's a secret spy agency dedicated to stop evil villains from enacting their diabolical schemes in Canada.
The organization's only known member is Lyla Lolliberry, who is the only spy agent in the show other than Agent Double 0-0.
It is unknown whether they hire animals to be agents or not, as the only shown agent is human.
