Phineas and Ferb Wiki

Phineas and Ferb wash their house by rapidly spinning it and using a fire hose. Candace is still inside, becomes dizzy and passes out. When she awakes, she is in a land called Odd, which is very similar to the book she had been reading shortly before, The Wizard of Oz. There, she meets many of the people she knows, appearing as residents of Odd ("Wizard of Odd").

Perry the Platypus[]

Wizard-of-odd-scene

After waking up in Odd, Candace finds Perry the Platypus standing on top of her. Perry accompanies her on her journey, taking on the role of Toto, and appears as a secret agent.

Patchkins[]

Dream Patchkin

Members of the Fireside Girls appear as the Patchkins, which live in Patchkin Land. The Patchkins are parodies of the munchkins, their name coming from the munchkins themselves and "patch," referencing the patches that the Fireside Girls wear on their uniforms. The Patchkins are light blue-skinned girls with hair in different shades of blue. Each wears a variation of their Fireside Girl uniform.

Most of the Fireside Girls are present along with three other Patchkins:

The Patchkin with the top hat served as spokesperson, introducing them to Candace and revealing that the Little Witch Suzy had been squished under a house.

Little Witch Suzy[]

Little Witch Suzy trapped under a house

The Wicked Witch of the East manifests as "Little Witch Suzy." Her appearance above the waist is not known as of yet, as her upper half has been buried under the Flynns' house. She is as "Little Witch Suzy was a louse. Now she's squished under a house" by the Patchkin spokesperson. All that is seen of her is her feet sticking out from under the house, wearing striped socks and red rubber boots. Despite frequent calls that she is okay, no one tried to lift the house off her. Little Witch Suzy is the equivalent of Jeremy's little sister, Suzy. This explains why Candace imagines her squished under a house, and why she is called a louse.

Good Witch[]

Take the Yellow Sidewalk

Isabella appears as the Good Witch, traveling in a floating hollow eyeball, though whether she represents the Good Witch of the North or the Good Witch of the South is unknown. The Good Witch uses magic to transfer Suzy's boots onto Candace, which the Doofenwarlock covets.

After Candace seeks how to bust her brothers, the Good Witch directs her to take the Yellow Sidewalk to see the Wizard in Bustopolis. According to the Wizard, she tells everyone to "take the Yellow Sidewalk".

Doofenwitchwarlock[]

Doofenwarlock wants the boots

Doofenwitchwarlock is the equivalent of the Wicked Witch of the west, and his appearance combines that of the Wicked Witch herself with that of Doctor Doofenshmirtz, with the former's outfit and skin colour and the latter's physique. arrives to claim Little Witch Suzy's boots. When the Good Witch puts the boots on Candace, he vows to get them from her. Since he does not have any real power in Patchkin Land, apart from the power of positive thinking, he heads back to his castle.

He is frequently called "Doofenwitch" and he protests each time that he is a warlock.

He has an army of flying squirrels at his command, but they cannot travel very fast due to flying in tiny airplanes. He also has a spider monkey that helps trap Agent P in a spiderweb.

At Bustopolis, he is given the red rubber boots and celebrates that he is "going to go steppin' tonight". His song is cut short when a house drops on him and out steps a girl and a dog, his fate referencing the death of the Wicked Witch of the East, which Little Miss Suzy also suffered, although unlike the witch she is based on she survived, whereas whether Doofenwarlock survives his fate or not is unknown.

Phineas and Ferb[]

Skating the non-dairy sidewalk

Moments after Candace insists that her brothers are behind her trip to Odd, they appear from behind a hill, folding it up like a theater backdrop. As she runs to catch them, the scenery straightens back up and she starts running up the hill. At this point, Candace starts her journey to see the Wizard.

Throughout Candace's trip, they offer her alternative ways of getting to Bustopolis that are more fun, but each time Candace rebuffs them, choosing to stay on the Yellow Sidewalk. The alternatives included:

  • A beautiful horse path through a candy forest with genetically engineered unicorns to ride
  • A frozen non-dairy sidewalk through an ice cream canyon that can be licked and skated on
  • A bouncy blue sidewalk
  • An air-powered travel tube

Nerd crow[]

IWantToBeCool

The Nerd Crow represents the Scarecrow. He resembles Baljeet Tjinder and wears a shirt and dungaree, and his hat is a straw hat. The dungaree was added despite the character that was used to create him not wearing one. In a corn field, Candace meets Baljeet in the form of the Nerd crow, which would scare off crows since they would not want to be seen with someone so uncool. He attempts to express his desire to be cool in a song, but she cuts him off and reluctantly invites him to travel with her.

At Bustopolis, he is given sunglasses in lieu of coolness since it is "such a rare and indefinable quality" and is advised not to over-sell faking coolness.

Tinman[]

R-U-S-T-E-D

The Tinman is seen along the trip to Bustopolis. Candace is discouraged from getting it working again by the Jeremy tree standing nearby. Later, she sings a song that features him.

Jeremy tree[]

Candace flirting with Jeremy in a tree costume

Jeremy is found standing near the lumberjack, appearing as a tree. After Candace invites him to go with her to Bustopolis, he expresses that his wish from the Wizard would be a "Tree Related Wish". The Nerd crow protests about the Jeremy tree being allowed to sing even though the Nerd crow himself isn't. The Jeremy tree's appearance with the costume on has him manifest as a tree with a hole where his face sticks out. His branches also function as arms, proven when he is falling.

He later learns that he is only wearing a tree costume and couldn't see that because he is completely delusional. After the costume is removed, Jeremy finds himself in his underwear, something that embarrasses him slightly.

He also briefly appears in "Tri-State Treasure: Boot of Secrets". He is the only resident of odd to appear after "Wizard of Odd".

Stacy owl[]

Stacy Owl

In a "terrifying beast bog", the group sees Stacy in the form of an owl.

Lion-Tiger-Bear Guy[]

ImALionTigerBearCub

A few seconds later, Buford appears as "a combination of lion, tiger and bear", which prompts the traditional "oh, my" reaction from Candace and her companions. The character most likely represents the Cowardly Lion from The Wizard of Oz. He has a lion's tail, his back has stripes, and his head has ears.

Candace reluctantly offers to let yet another person accompany her on her trip. He dramatically proclaims "I want nothin'". At Bustopolis, he is given a ham sandwich, which he realizes he really did want.

Doofenwitchwarlock's guards[]

Guard in undies

The Doofenwitchwarlock has an army of guards that are able to rapidly assemble into formation when called. One guard seems to have a relaxed attitude about the dress code, appearing first in his underwear, then later in a pink gorilla suit.

The guards never have been asked what they want to do and have had time to work up a musical number about not being asked what they want to do. They look a bit like Roger Doofenshmirtz.

Monogram fairy[]

Wait, why am I a fairy?

Major Monogram appears via Perry's communicator. He suggests "inter-agency cooperation" to help rescue Candace and to capture the Doofenwitch. A moment later, he discovers what he is wearing and asks "Wait, why am I a fairy?".

The Wizard[]

On the nosey

After declining Phineas and Ferb's "fun way to the top" of Bustopolis and climbing all 7,500 stairs, Candace sees the Wizard, her mother, on a large view-screen. When Candace insists her brothers be busted for what they did, the Wizard says that those projects sounded fun.

As Candace figures out that she could have had fun if she just stepped off the Yellow Sidewalk and joined her brothers, the Wizard confirms her thought.

Spider-Monkey[]

Candace in Doof's trap

The Spider-Monkey is the pet of Doofenwitchwarlock. It catches Perry in a web. He works on Doofenwitch's Wicked Witch (Warlock) Castle.
