Kenny is Heinz Doofenshmirtz's neighbor who kept him company when he had to be the family lawn gnome. There is not very much more known about him except the fact that he is a resident of Gimmelshtump, Drusselstein. Much like Heinz was forced to be his family's lawn gnome, Kenny appears to be acting as his family's lawn jockey ("Lawn Gnome Beach Party of Terror"). Unlike Heinz, he is apparently allowed to move on certain occasions, dancing with the Doofenshmirtz family in "Carpe Diem" while Heinz was told to remain still ("Rollercoaster: The Musical!").
