"Muscles" is a student at Danville High School and one of Vanessa's classmates.
Biography[]
On the first day of school after summer break, Johnny is accidentally mutated and runs rampant around the school. To save him, Doofenshmirtz plans on creating an antidote while Perry catches the transformed teenager. The class is subsequently split into two groups, with Ropey-Face, Muscles, and a few other students staying to work on the cure. Doing the finishing touches, Muscles drops a chemical into a tube, forming a liquid, which is used to fill Doofenshmirtz's syringe.
After the antidote is concocted, the class spots Johnny taking Vanessa up the clock tower. Muscles and his classmates observe Perry and Doofenshmirtz riding around the tower, ultimately reverting Johnny back to normal. A few of the students cushion Vanessa and Johnny's fall, returning to the classroom to finish the lesson ("Doof 101").

Muscles is dark-skinned and has black hair. He wears a green shirt with a light green stripe, dark grey pants, and black shoes with white details.

He is easygoing and cautious. He has no trouble cooperating with his classmates, and is shown to be overly careful, nervously handling a chemical with pliers from a considerable distance while wearing a hazmat suit.
