Christmas Vacation! is the seventh 8x8 book based on Phineas and Ferb, published on September 13, 2011.
Book Summary[]
It's the day before Christmas, and Phineas and Ferb have woken up. Candace comes to see what they're doing, and, as they talk about Santa, Phineas has an idea. Meanwhile, Perry is at the O.W.C.A.'s Christmas party, but has to leave to check on Doofenshmirtz. In the doctor's lair, Perry gets trapped in lights and his nemesis shows him the Naughty-inator.
In the Flynn-Fletcher house, Phineas and Ferb present the lounge they built for Santa to Isabella, Baljeet, and Buford. Afterwards, the boys motion a group of people to decorate Danville. At the same time, carolers come to Doofenshmirtz's lair, and he uses the opportunity to activate his inator. The city becomes ominous, and the kids learn that everyone in Danville is on the naughty list, much to Phineas' confusion. Phineas then has the idea to broadcast Danville's appeal to Santa. Subsequently, Blay'n and Clewn't greet the gang and explain that Santa won't come to town, since it has been declared naughty.
In Doofenshmirtz's lair, Perry's gift, a CD, falls to the ground and Doofenshmirtz decides to put it on, causing the Naughty-inator to fizzle out. Perry then escapes and traps his nemesis in lights. Danville is considered nice again, but time is running out. To save Christmas, the kids build a rocket-powered sled and begin to deliver presents in the city, reigniting the Christmas spirit in the process. Afterwards, they meet Santa in the boys' lounge, who wishes a Merry Christmas to them.
