Rosie is a girl who Heinz Doofenshmirtz briefly dates. She enjoys square dancing, participating in a hoedown to get to know her date.
Biography[]
Doofenshmirtz tells Perry about Rosie, who he met on a square dancing website and told that he is an expert in the dance and a champion bull rider. To be successful in his date, Heinz invented boots with small microphones, which move to the command of the caller. At the Danville Hoedown, he meets Rosie and introduces himself as Johnny. She compliments him for his chin, and they dance together. While they dance, Rosie expresses her surprise in his abilities.
After they finish dancing, Rosie wonders what to do. Doofenshmirtz turns to Perry, who is helping him as a wingman, and tries to interpret his nemesis' cue, with no success. Rosie then suggests they get something to eat, to Perry's approval. Later, Heinz and Rosie walk down the street. As she praises their dance, they pass by street performers, one of whom turns on a boombox. Doofenshmirtz shakes his body to the music, causing Rosie to dump him ("Mind Share").
Physical appearance[]
Rosie is light-skinned and has light orange hair styled in a ponytail and freckles. She wears a magenta dress with three purple buttons, purple sleeves, a purple waistband, and a white collar; a white skirt, and purple boots.
Personality[]
She is simple and narrow-minded. As a country girl, she seems to have little experience with the internet, being easily fooled by Doofenshmirtz's act. Because of her humble roots, she is somewhat close-minded, only accepting people with the same interests as herself.

At first, she is interested in Doofenshmirtz, who she knows as Johnny. Focusing on his supposed square dancing skills, she agrees to go out with him after the event, but rejects him after he dances to hip-hop.
Perry[]
Perry appears to approve of Doofenshmirtz's choice, accepting to help his nemesis in conquering Rosie.
Background Information[]
