Karen the Cat is an agent that appears in "O.W.C.A. Files". Being a cat, she is always easily distracted and rather inept when being out in the field. But she does seem to know combat skills and Kung Fu as she takes out a group of robot fleas single-handedly.

Karen is a yellow Siamese cat with green pupils and brown paws. She had a brown fedora with a yellow band for most of the OWCA files, but she later on got her black hat band.
