"The Resistance's fedora hats" are special fedora hats made by The Resistance to free the Animal Borgs from their evil programming. The hats have special chips sewed inside that make their objective, overwrite the evil programming of the Animal Borgs, possible.
They were created before the attack on Charlene's No Longer Married to Doofenshmirtz Penthouse, and they proved to be successful.
