Phineas and Ferb - Hail Doofania! (Song)

"Hail Doofania!" is the national anthem of Doofania. It was written and sung by Heinz Doofenshmirtz who was uneasy about how quickly the song ended. ("Hail Doofania!")

Heinz Doofenshmirtz: In the bay off the coast of the Tri-State Area
Floats a country for me, and me!
It's new!
It's bright!
And it's founded on spite!
And it's everything I dreamed it would be,
Hail, hail Doofania!

Does it feel like it stops too quickly? We'll work on it.

End credits

Heinz Doofenshmirtz: There's a bright, shiny place
With a flag that bears my face
And it's floating on an inner tube
Far away from city life, my stupid brother and ex-wife!
And it's got an evil attitude,
Hail, hail Doofania!

Y-you know, the stopping is still bothering me.

And it's everything I dreamed it would be

Background information

  • The instrumental version of this song was used in "The Beak", "Phineas' Birthday Clip-O-Rama!", "Perry The Actorpus" and "Der Kinderlumper".
  • Norm appears in this song, using himself as a record player.
  • First time in a song in which Heinz calls Charlene his ex-wife, and later said in "Finding Mary McGuffin", and in "Back in Gimmelshtump" on the episode "Rollercoaster: The Musical!"
  • On Disney Channel Asia, "my stupid brother and ex-wife" was edited out.
  • Again Doofenshmirtz' selfishness is revealed when Doofenshmirtz says that he built the country "for me...and me" in the national anthem.
  • Subtitles on British screenings give a line from the closing credits as "And it's got an evil latitude". If this is an error, it's a rare case of a mistake adding a joke.
