Kevin Michael Richardson (October 25, 1964) is an American voice actor and actor, one of the prominent voice actors in the field. He plays the voice of P. P. Otter, the Norm Bots and impersonates Barack Obama. He starred in the short lived The Knights of Prosperity, an ABC comedy. He is best known for his deep voice and portraying villains. His credits include Gantu from Disney's Original Lilo & Stitch, Robert Hawkins, and other characters in Static Shock, and the Joker in The Batman. He also voices Farmer Stinky, the farmer from Nice and Friendly Corners, in the Disney Junior television show Sheriff Callie's Wild West.
As a classical-trained actor and a native of the Bronx, New York, Richardson first gained as one of the only eight U.S. high school students selected for the National Foundation of the Arts "Arts '82" program. As the result of this, he earned a scholarship to Syracuse University and a spot on a PBS special directed by the esteemed late John Houseman.
Richardson was married in 2006. Currently he and his wife, Monica, live in Los Angeles with their two sons from a previous marriage, Anthony and Michael. A New York native, Richardson was excited to return to work in Manhattan.
