Emperor Palpatine, also known as Chancellor Palpatine during his time at the Galactic Republic or as his sith name Darth Sidious, is one of the main antagonists of the Star Wars Trilogy of films. He makes a pretty brief cameo in "Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars" as a puppet during Darthenshmirtz's musical number.
Biography
As the Senator of Naboo
Before Palpatine become the chancellor of the Republic, he is been elected a Senator of Naboo, He is secretly coordinating with the Trade Federation. When he contact with Queen Padme Amidala of Naboo, he invited the queen to make a discussions of the negotiations. He told Amidala to make a plan for Chancellor Vallorum to strike down, and after that, Palpatine was become a one of the candidates to be a supreme chancellor.
As an Chancellor of the Republic
Chancellor Palpatine became the supreme chancellor of the Galactic Republic to lead the negotiations with the Trade Federation, his goal to make peace and reunite with the Republic. (Episode I: The Phantom Menace). But he failed to reunited with them, so the Emperor decide to make a clone army of the Republic to make an all-out war with the seperatists. (Episode II: Attack of the Clones).
Revealed to be a Sith Lord
After Palpatine was kidnapped by General Grievous, Anakin Skywalker go to the Chancellor's office and explaining some details about the Dark Side of The Force, Anakin knew Palpatine was a sith lord. Moments later, when Jedi Master Mace Windu knew that Palpatine is a sith lord, Windu and Palpatine confront each other and Anakin save the emperor, to prevent the attempt arrest by Master Windu. Anakin or Darth Vader became loyal to Sidious, and Sidious make Anakin his new apprentice. Also, after that, he executes "Order 66" to wipe out all Jedi across the galaxy and considered enemy of the Republic. After that, he make a special congress to re-organized the Republic to Galactic Empire. Moments later, Master Yoda arrives and they confront each other. (Episode III: The Revenge of the Sith)
He died from the interior of the Death Star II, after the confronting of Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader. Which Darth Vader, saves Luke during he was struck by force lightning. (Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi)
Physical Appearance
Palpatine's puppet looks pretty much like his original film counterpart: he's wrinkly with pale skin, and red eyes. He also has a black-colored hood and robe.
