The Radio DJ is a radio personality who works for WJOP TV.
Biography[]
Paul the Delivery Guy is driving in his truck. After updating his dad about his recent delivery, Paul turns on the radio. The DJ informs the listeners that the WJOP party van is somewhere in the Tri-State Area, and whoever spots it and says "The Phrase That Pays" first wins a special prize. Paul then continues his journey, delivering goods to Doofenshmirtz.
Out of the building, Paul continues listening to the DJ, who tells the audience that they are still looking for the first person to spot their van. Suddenly, the WJOP van crashes into Paul's truck, to his surprise. In the vehicle, the DJ exclaims that Paul is the first listener to spot them. Thinking that he doesn't know the secret phrase, he accidentally gets it right, earning him the grand prize, which is revealed by the DJ to be the accompaniment of Love Händel in his job for a day ("Delivery of Destiny").

The DJ is light-skinned and has black hair and a black goatee. He wears a green shirt, a necklace with a golden peace sign, a brown bracelet, and grey shades with a black frame.
