Heinz Doofenshmirtz has made more than one Shrinkinator.
The first one was called Shrinkspheria (which is aptly spherical), and appeared in "Mom's Birthday". Doofenshmirtz was going to call it a Shrinkinator, but he got momentarily tired of the -inator naming scheme and named it Shrinkspheria instead. which only targeted pelicans, ear hair, blinking signs, the movie "The Unicorn Whisperer", musical instruments that start with "B", and many more.
The second one, this one actually titled Shrinkinator, appeared in "Does This Duckbill Make Me Look Fat?" After Doofenshmirtz got tied up in earphone wired by Perry (in Candace's body), he loses balance and accidentally activated it as a result, shrinking the teleporters Phineas and Ferb made to the size of hoop earrings. This Inator is apparently decommissioned, as it is used as a planter (and thus covered in plantlife), but Doofenshmirtz has forgotten to plug it out, meaning it can still function as a Shrinkinator. As he accidentally activated it, he commented that he should have unplugged the inator before turning it into a planter.
The same Shrinkinator from "Does This Duckbill Make Me Look Fat?" reappears in "Let's Take a Quiz". During their fight using infomercial products, Perry uses a vacuum cleaner to continuously smash Doofenshmirtz's head against the activation button of the Shrinkinator, which effectively shrinks the Let's Take a Quiz set. Doofenshmirtz again comments that he should unplug the inator, as he writes a sticky note as a reminder, before noticing a bunch of other sticky notes covering one Shrinkinator with the same reminder. Doofenshmirtz dismissively decides he'll do it tomorrow out of lethargy. Later, Perry also uses the Shrinkator to shrink Doofenshmirtz himself, with the exception of his right hand.
A third Shrinkinator, this one being a Shrinkinator Ray installed to a flying board platform, appeared in "Not Phineas and Ferb", and which was used for getting monuments all around the world for Dr. Doofenshmirtz's new train set after being disappointed on how shoddy the work on the models is. After collecting enough shrunken monuments, Doofenshmirtz returns to the Tri-State Area, as Perry frees himself from an earlier trap. He uses the Shrinkinator Ray on Doofenshmirtz holding a shrunken Eiffel Tower, causing Doofenshmirtz to shrink and the Eiffel Tower to regrow. Perry then puts Doofenshmirtz in his hat, recollects the Eiffel Tower, and takes control of the rocket board to return the monuments to their rightful places.
Doifenshmirtz once attempted to pitch another Shrinkinator (this one resembling a purple Shrinkinator Ray, sort of resembling his decommissioned Shrinkinator as well) in "Episode 426" on Shark Tank, but it backfired.
A couple of Shrinkinators also appeared in Milo Murphy's Law. In the flashback of "Agee Ientee Diogee", Diogee mistakenly fetches one of Doofenshmirtz's Shrink Grenades to Doofenshmirtz. Doofenshmirtz accidentally activates it, causing him to shrink. Unlike previous Shrinkinators, the effect of a Shrink Grenade is only temporary, and Doofenshmirtz regrows as he's hiding in a teapot from his cat, Mr. Fluffypants II.
Another Shrinkinator, this time a green and orange handgun model, appears in "Milo's Shadow", as one of the various salvaged Inators Doofenshmirtz packed in his backpack to be more like Milo as he shadows him at of school. He uses it on a baseball to make it shrink so nobody would trip on it, but he accidentally hits the school instead, causing that (and everyone in it) to shrink, misperceiving that the baseball is growing. After realizing his mistake, Doofenshmirtz uses the Shrinkinator to regrow the school.
The handgun Shrinkinator from "Milo's Shadow" makes a cameo appearance among other previously used inators in "The Goulash Legacy".
During his and the rest of the gang's stay in Octalia during the events of "Sphere and Loathing in Outer Space", Doofenshmirtz brought a Reduce-Inator with him alongside a Chicken-Replace-inator. This ladybug-shaped inator can reduce (i.e. shrink) anything it hits, which Milo and the rest decide to use on the ever-growing Sphere of Calamity and save Orgaluth. During their approach, Diogee accidentally hits himself with it, causing him to grow, revealing that the Reduce-Inator was set in reverse mode. After the Sphere of Calamity has disappeared (with the negative probability ions being split up and shared with the other Octalians once shapeshifing into Orgaluth), Doofenshmirtz uses the Reduce-Inator again to shrink Diogee back to normal size.
