Stubbings is a butler for the Pipping family who serves Charles Pipping IV.
Biography[]
Candace stumbles upon Charles and Stubbings playing tennis in the Pipping family court. The butler compliments his master's abilities, literally serving a tennis ball. After Candace is carried away by a horse during the jousting competition, Charles prepares to face Phineas and Ferb. As the boys are confused by what had occurred, Stubbings gives a lance on a platter to his master, who uses it in the battle ("A Hard Day's Knight").

Stubbings is light-skinned and has brown hair. He wears a white suit with a brown pattern and a grey button, a black jacket with eight grey buttons, a black bowtie, grey pants, and black shoes.
