Is this a fact? Except for the racing car number, I haven't seen 42 anywhere else in the show... —Unsigned message added by Audun (talk • contribs)
- The facts about the number 42 are correct. In Star Trek, the number 47 is used instead. Former Star Trek Executive Producer Rick Berman once joked, "47 is 42, corrected for inflation." But I digress. I believe that the race car is the only instance of this number being used.

Question[]
How was 42 "indirectly mentioned" in Out to Launch?—Ardi 23:45, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
- "Ya see, we can't legally drive; we jump start." Phineas said that in the episode, clearly referring to how they drove 42. —Excelsior, The Flash - (Talk to me, talk to me, talk to me bay-bay!) 23:55, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
- Now I get it, thanks.—Ardi 23:59, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

Flynn-Fletcher car[]
I made the page on the Flynn-Fletcher Car and I'm okay with it so go ahead. But I think that the merged page should be called Flynn-Fletcher Car not 42.

Quick question wouldn't "The Flying Car of the Future Today" be considered to be an altercation to the car even though it was a dream?QuietThornberry26thTeenageRobotGretchen1-2DZ 08:48, February 24, 2012 (UTC)
O.W.C.A Mod[]
In season 2, Brain Drain, Perry is seen entering his lair by going through the car, and into a driveway shoot - by way of the car splitting in half and seperating along with a section of the driveway. At some point, the O.W.C.A must have modified it. (I can just imagine someone getting in the car, and pressing a few buttons and the car doing random stuff like transforming into a monster truck, airplane or splitting in half XD.) Is this worth putting in the article?

The Flynn-Fletcher car resembles a Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class. right? It also has a new automatic transmission called "Phinamatic" but 6-speed.
