Biography

Candace accompanies Stacy to watch a leadership seminar at the community center. There, Tedd Shaw reveals himself and introduces the "Leaders of the Future" lecture, in which the participants will learn his secrets to success. He begins by teaching B.L.A.R.F., Be Living, Always Really Focused, and continues by explaining N.A.R.G., Never Abandon Realizing your Goal. Ignoring Candace's complains, the speaker asks a girl if she can become the president by using his principles, and she affirms. Turning to Stacy, he notices that she is asleep, so he instead wonders if Candace has used his techniques to achieve her goal. She tells him that she hasn't succeeded with them, prompting him to announce that he will reveal the final step to success after a break.

Candace decides to try busting Phineas and Ferb, leaving Stacy in the seminar. After it is over, Candace calls her friend to find out what the final step is. Chad, walking with Stacy, reveals it to be F.R.E.E.P.O., but doesn't elaborate on what it stands for ("The Secret of Success").
