Phineas and Ferb Wiki

Goooooooooooooood, erm...day, everyone, and welcome to The Numbers Game! I am your host, Ryan Stoppable, and this is Volume 39 of the blog that breaks down the numbers of our favorite show.

The Boys of Summer Vacation returned to the new airwaves on Friday, July 6 with "Doofapus". On a night where Disney Channel couldn't crack the 3 million mark, likely due to the holiday week, Phineas and Ferb fought its way to 2.668 million viewers, a 31 percent decrease from the year-to-date high two weeks prior. This was good for No. 4 among Disney Channel's five new episodes that night, 10 percent shy of the night-leading (and The Numbers Game approved) Gravity Falls.[1]

Phineas and Ferb did rank highly amongst its target age groups. Its best performance came in Kids 6-11 where the show checked in at No. 4, higher than the previous episode despite a 25 percent drop. The show also achieved the No. 4 ranking in Kids 2-11 with a 28 percent decline there. Finally, in Tweens 9-14, it ranked No. 7 on the week behind a 23 percent decrease in viewers.[2] In Adults 18-49, viewership slipped by 33 percent, all the way down to a 0.3 rating.[1]

Our favorite show actually has two new episodes coming up soon: "Norm Unleashed" premieres this Friday, July 20 at 9:00PM Eastern (8:00 Central), followed by the highly-anticipated "Where's Perry? Part 1" at a special time, THURSDAY, July 26 at 9:00PM Eastern (8:00 Central). The Numbers Game will be back to cover "Norm Unleashed" sometime that weekend. Until then, watch the Phineas and Ferb panel from Comic-Con, follow @RyanStoppable on Twitter, and remember...that the numbers never lie.
