Update
It appears that this hasn't reached every user so I will post this update.
- Episode summaries have to use an in-universe POV.
- The following goes in the Background Information section, not the Continuity section:
- Ducky Momo makes its' sixteenth appearance.
- The inexplicable Giant Floating Baby Head makes its' 26th appearance, and plays a bigger role than usual in the second tale.
- The following goes in the Production Information section, not the Background Information section:
- On July 31, 2012, Aliki Theofilopoulos Grafft confirmed on her Twitter account that she had started work on a Halloween episode.
- A book based on the last two tales was published and released on July 23, 2013.
Yeah, this has been going on for some time so I'd like to make this reminder.
- Songs, movies, albums, tv series, video games, and books are italicized. Episodes should use quotation marks.
- It should be Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension, not "Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension". Again, movies are italicized.

- This is the second time Balthazar Horowitz is seen without his hat on ("Love at First Byte").
- This is the fourth episode to have live action shots. The first three were "Rollercoaster", "Candace Loses Her Head" and "Lights, Candace, Action!".

- Isabella references helping Candace get 50 patches in one day. ("Fireside Girl Jamboree")
- Phineas mentions the events of "Phineas and Ferb Summer Belongs to You!" where he traveled around the world.

- You only need to link to another page once in any given article. If you look at "One Good Turn", you'll see that "Backyard Hodge Podge" is linked to only once. You can read this for more information.
